本实用新型涉及除尘设备，具体的说是一种新型石灰窑卸料除尘装置。
背景技术
生石灰生产企业，煅烧好的生石灰经料仓下料口卸料，然后经震动给料机转运至皮带机上，由皮带输送机运送至目的位置。此过程中，原料卸料、皮带机受料、特别是振动给料机振动给料、卸料时产生大量扬尘，存在污染环境、影响操作人员身体健康等问题。目前针对此问题所采用的方法一般是在扬尘点设置一个伞状的收尘罩收集扬尘，然后通过除尘器处理后进行排放。这种开放式的收尘罩效果差，除尘不彻底，不能达到国家排放标准。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型石灰窑卸料除尘装置，以解决现有开放式除尘罩除尘不彻底、存在环境污染的问题。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：
一种新型石灰窑卸料除尘装置，包括有封闭罩、第一收尘管、第二收尘管、收尘总管和除尘器；
封闭罩的上段采用硬质材料制成并安装于料仓的下料口处，封闭罩的下段采用柔性材料制成并延伸至皮带输送机上；第一收尘管的管口连接于所述封闭罩的上段，另一端连接于所述收尘总管上，第二收尘管的管口连接于所述封闭罩的下段，另一端连接于所述收尘总管上，所述收尘总管连接至所述除尘器。
所述的新型石灰窑卸料除尘装置，所处除尘器为布袋除尘器。
本实用新型通过在振动给料机卸料处设置封闭罩，振动给料机在封闭罩内卸料，同时两根收尘管道双管齐下，同时收尘，收尘效率比传统收尘结构高一倍以上，经过除尘器装置排放之后，粉尘排放浓度可达到30mg/Nm³以下。在国家旅游区附近等地区，通过调整除尘器的过滤风速等参数，粉尘排放浓度可达到20mg/Nm³以下或更低。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型的工作主体由封闭罩4和第一收尘管3、第二收尘管2、收尘总管1、引风机及布袋除尘器构成。
封闭罩4分为上下两段，位于料仓6的下料口下方的振动给料机7设置于封闭罩4的上段内，该段采用铁或铝合金制成，安装于料仓6的下料口处；封闭罩4的下段采用橡胶制成，其下端延伸至皮带输送机5上。第一收尘管3连接于封闭罩4的上段上，另一端连接于收尘总管1上，第二收尘管2连接于封闭罩4的下段上，另一端连接于守陈总管1上，收尘总管1通过引风机连接至布袋除尘器。
启动引风机和布袋除尘器，当料仓6内的生石灰通过振动给料机7转运至皮带输送机5上时，封闭罩4内产生的大量扬尘通过第一收尘管3和第二收尘管2两级抽吸，吸入收尘总管1，然后进入布袋除尘器除尘后排放。
本实用新型中，两根收尘管同时工作，实际收尘效率比传统收尘结构高一倍以上，经过除尘器装置排放之后，粉尘排放浓度可达到30mg/Nm³以下。在国家旅游区附近等地区，通过调整除尘器的过滤风速等参数，粉尘排放浓度可达到20mg/Nm³以下或更低。

1.一种新型石灰窑卸料除尘装置，其特征是，包括有封闭罩、第一收尘管、第二收尘管、收尘总管和除尘器；
封闭罩的上段采用硬质材料制成并安装于料仓的下料口处，封闭罩的下段采用柔性材料制成并延伸至皮带输送机上；第一收尘管的管口连接于所述封闭罩的上段，另一端连接于所述收尘总管上，第二收尘管的管口连接于所述封闭罩的下段，另一端连接于所述收尘总管上，所述收尘总管连接至所述除尘器。
