[0002]近年来,由于生产工艺要求的提高及蒸发式冷却器/密闭式冷却塔本身性能的逐步完善,国内对该类塔型设备的需求量增长十分迅速,在电子、电厂、铸造、食品、化工、建筑等行业,己有较广泛的应用,而且用户量和所涉及行业面在不断扩展。蒸发式冷却器和密闭式冷却塔基本上是同一类产品的两种不同叫法,均为管内走工艺流体、管外由喷淋水蒸发带走管内流体热量,并通过强排风方式带走蒸发潜热的一种冷却设备。
[0003]在已建电厂、石油化工、造纸、冶金等行业项目中,绝大多数循环冷却水系统采用开式系统,主要设备为传统的湿式冷却塔。该类型循环冷却水系统的补充水在全厂新鲜水消耗中所占比例高达60%以上。一个大型的钢铁公司如首钢,或者一个大型的化工企业如40亿m3/a煤制天然气项目,其循环水冷却塔的规模大约为20万m3/h,其补水量为2%左右。在项目正常开车期间,每2天冷却塔向空气中排放的水蒸气大约为15万吨,形成雾。
[0004]传统闭式冷却塔,喷淋水系统和水冷却盘管是相互连通的,需要冷却的热水经过水冷却盘管,作为一种间接接触式冷却塔,普通冷却塔的填料被换热盘管组替代;服务对象主要是一些对冷却水清洁度要求较高,或冷却水温控制精度要求较高,不适于采用普通开式冷却塔的应用场合形成水膜或水滴。外界干冷空气自下而上或者水平经过盘管,与管外水膜或者冷却盘管进行热交换,空气被加热和加湿,混合后以高温高湿空气从塔顶排出塔夕卜。在早晚温度较低、雨季、冬季和湿度较大的季节,出塔湿热空气的露点明显高于外界空气温度,排出塔外时冷凝而产生很多水珠,产生了白雾;造成下风向地区的湿度上升,白雾落在地面造成冷却塔周围路面湿滑,影响工作人员的正常的巡检;冬季在严寒地区形成结冰,对于附近高压线、设备和建筑也有不良的影响,例如结冰和短路等。传统闭式干湿式冷却塔工作时主要靠蒸发带走热量,再由高速运转风机抽出塔外。因此在冷却塔运行过程中,大量的水被消耗,需要不断的补充大量的新鲜水,耗费的水资源较多。

1.一种分单元节水消雾闭式冷却塔,包括具有空气混合腔的冷却塔本体,所述冷却塔本体设有与空气混合腔连通的冷却塔本体进风口 ;所述冷却塔本体的上端面设有一个与所述空气混合腔连通的风筒,该风筒的出风口处安装有用于驱动空气混合腔内的空气流通的风机;其特征在于:所述冷却塔本体进风口 一侧设有至少一组水冷却盘管组件,所述水冷却盘管组件包括若干个相互独立的盘管安装通道,每个盘管安装通道中均安装有一个可流通热介质的水冷却盘管;所述盘管安装通道的一端设有与外部环境连通的第一进风口,其相对的另一端设有与空气混合腔连通的第一出风口;所述冷却塔本体内位于盘管安装通道的正上方设有喷淋水系统;所述喷淋水系统包括与水源连接的喷淋管和若干个带有阀门的喷头;所述喷头沿着所述喷淋管的轴向依次排列;每个所述水冷却盘管的正上方布置至少一个所述喷头。
2.根据权利要求1所述的分单元节水消雾闭式冷却塔,其特征是:所述分单元节水消雾闭式冷却塔为逆流闭式冷却塔,所述冷却塔本体进风口设置在冷却塔本体的底部,所述的若干个盘管安装通道沿竖直方向平行地设置在所述冷却塔本体进风口的上方,所述空气混合腔位于所述的若干个盘管安装通道的上方。
3.根据权利要求2所述的分单元节水消雾闭式冷却塔,其特征是:所述空气混合腔内邻近盘管安装通道的第一出风口的一侧设有一收水器。
4.根据权利要求3所述的分单元节水消雾闭式冷却塔,其特征是:所述收水器包括若干波形收水器片和用于间隔固定波形收水器片的支架构成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的分单元节水消雾闭式冷却塔,其特征是:所述冷却塔本体进风口的下方还设有喷淋水储水池。
6.根据权利要求1所述的分单元节水消雾闭式冷却塔,其特征是:所述分单元节水消雾闭式冷却塔为横流闭式冷却塔,所述冷却塔本体进风口包括左进风口和右进风口 ;所述左进风口和右进风口分别与空气混合腔连通;所述左进风口处设有一组所述水冷却盘管组件,所述右进风口处设有一组所述水冷却盘管组件。
7.根据权利要求6所述的分单元节水消雾闭式冷却塔,其特征是:所述冷却塔本体的空气混合腔内邻近左进风口的一侧设有一收水器,所述冷却塔本体的空气混合腔内邻近右进风口的一侧设有一收水器。
8.根据权利要求7所述的分单元节水消雾闭式冷却塔,其特征是:所述收水器包括若干波形收水器片和用于间隔固定波形收水器片的支架构成。
