[0005] 目前我国主要的清粪工艺主要有干清粪、水泡粪、发酵床和机械刮粪板等,这些清 粪工艺各有缺点:干清粪浪费劳动力;水泡粪易形成厌氧发酵,产生量有害气体,且浪费大 量水资源,为后续污水处理带来麻烦;发酵床翻堆垫料费工费力,夏天易产生蚊虫,且夏天 发酵床温度高,畜禽动物不愿意在上面活动
[0006] 养殖场在日常生产过程中,一般不会主动收集干粪,而是直接用水冲洗,以致每天 都有大量的粪渣进入沼气池。一般来说粪渣在沼气池中的发酵时间长,且有部分不能被分 解,而沼气池的容量是有限的,长期以往,未发酵及不能分解的粪便一方面会在沼气池中大 量沉积,造成沼气池堵塞无法使用;另一方面,池内会产生结壳,使沼气池的有效容积变得 越来越小,处理效果越来越差。

1. 一种养殖场粪污分离零污染排放设备,其特征是它由固液分离池(1)、污水发酵降解 池(2)、真空栗(3)及固体粪便收集池(4)组成;污水发酵降解池(2)、真空栗(3)安装在固液 分离池(1)左侧下部,固体粪便收集池(4)位于固液分离池(1)右侧下部;在固液分离池(1) 上设有进料口(1-1)、刮板(1-2)、刮板轨道(1-3)、漏液孔(1-4)、固体粪便出料口(1-5)、排 粪门(1-6)、真空栗连接管(1-7)、污水出料管(1-8)、污水真空储存罐(1-10)、滤布(1-11); 并在固体粪便出料口(1-5)上设有固体粪便出料斜坡(1-9);进料口(1-1)、真空栗连接管 (1-7)、污水出料管(1-8)安装在固液分离池(1)左侧,刮板(1-2)、刮板轨道(1-3)、漏液孔 (1-4)、滤布(1-11)设于固液分离池(1)上部,固体粪便出料口(1-5)、排粪门(1-6)安装在固 液分离池(1)右侧上部,污水真空储存罐(1-10)为固液分离池(1)下部密封空腔,固体粪便 出料斜坡(1-9)设于固体粪便出料口(1-5)下部;在污水发酵降解池(2)上设有污水收集管 (2-1)、曝气管道(2-3)、一级挡板(2-4)、二级挡板(2-5)与出液管(2-6),并在污水收集管 (2-1)上设有发酵料添加池(2-2); -级挡板(2-4)、二级挡板(2-5)将污水发酵降解池(2)分 为一级好氧发酵池(2-7)、二级降解池(2-8)、三级收集排放池(2-9);污水收集管(2-1)安装 在污水发酵降解池(2)右侧底部,发酵料添加池(2-2)设于污水收集管(2-1)中部,曝气管道 (2-3)设于一级好氧发酵池(2-7)底部,出液管(2-6)设于污水发酵降解池(2)左侧下部。
2. 根据权利要求1中所述的一种养殖场粪污分离零污染排放设备,其特征是设有真空 栗(3)、漏液孔(1-4)与滤布(1-11);滤布(1-11)铺设在漏液孔(1-4)板上,完全覆盖所有漏 液孔(1-4);固液混合物加料到固液分离池(1)上部,处于滤布(1-11)上部,打开真空栗(3), 污水真空储存罐(1-10)形成负压,将污水通过漏液孔(1-4)吸入污水真空储存罐(1-10)内, 固体粪便因不能透过滤布(1-11),还是处于滤布(1-11)上方。
3. 根据权利要求1或2中所述的一种养殖场粪污分离零污染排放设备,其特征在于固体 粪便出料口(1-5)上设有固体粪便出料斜坡(1-9),固体粪便出料斜坡(1-9)坡度可调。
4. 根据权利要求1或2中所述的一种养殖场粪污分离零污染排放设备,其特征是所述真 空栗连接管(1 -7)安装位置高于污水出料管(1 -8)安装位置。
5. 根据权利要求1中所述的一种养殖场粪污分离零污染排放设备,其特征是设有曝气 管道(2-3);曝气管道(2-3)设于一级好氧发酵池(2-7)底部。
6. 根据权利要求1或5中所述的一种养殖场粪污分离零污染排放设备,其特征是设有发 酵料添加池(2-2),发酵料添加池(2-2)设于污水收集管(2-1)中部,主要采用虹吸作用将微 生物发酵料吸入污水发酵降解池(2)。
7. 根据权利要求6中所述的一种养殖场粪污分离零污染排放设备,其特征是设有一级 挡板(2-4)、二级挡板(2-5); -级挡板(2-4)、二级挡板(2-5)将污水发酵降解池(2)分为一 级好氧发酵池(2-7)、二级降解池(2-8)、三级收集排放池(2-9); -级挡板(2-4)、二级挡板 (2-5)设计为锯齿状。
8. 根据权利要求7中所述的一种养殖场粪污分离零污染排放设备,其特征是所述一级 挡板(2-4)高度大于二级挡板(2-5)高度。
