[0002] 我国是农业大国,禽畜养殖业正迅猛发展,禽畜养殖废水对环境污染严重,有些城 市为了治理环境己开始限制禽畜养殖的发展。目前,一般的禽畜养殖废水处理方法是让禽 畜养殖废水流入土塘冲自然曝晒氧化,采用土塘自然曝晒氧化处理禽畜养殖废水的缺点是 占地面积大,净化时间长、效果差。
[0003] 此外,由于养殖废水是粪尿废水汇集而成,含有丰富的氮磷,可根据需要对农田实 现资源化利用,充分实现资源的循环利用。然而,由于废水中富含物质较多,酸碱度和盐度 不定,直接灌溉易导致土壤酸碱化和盐化,对土壤造成损害。

[0006] 技术方案:一种养殖废水处理装置,废水收集池、调节池、厌氧塔、厌氧池、缺氧池、 好氧池、沉淀池和活性炭过滤罐,所述废水收集池依次与调节池、厌氧塔、厌氧池、缺氧池、 好氧池、沉淀池和活性炭过滤罐连接。本实用新型所述的养殖废水处理装置结构简单、合 理,易于实现,采用“厌氧发酵+生物分解+消毒处理”的处理工艺,养殖场畜禽的污粪以及管 理人员生活废水等经过处理后可以实现中水回用或直接排放,满足《畜禽养殖业污染治理 工程技术规范》(HJ497-2009)的指导要求,并且通过重力作用或者水泵进行各池之间的水 运输。采用多级微生物处理,绿色环保,既能获得能源,还能杀死致病菌和致病虫卵。其中, 厌氧发酵工艺处理畜禽养殖废水,去处部分有机物和悬浮物。再结合好氧生物处理通过强 化供氧来提高好氧微生物活力,以实现废水深度的处理。既可有效去除有机物和氮磷,实现 养殖废水资源化的同时,也能取得良好的经济、环境和社会效益。
[0007] 进一步的,上述的养殖废水处理装置,所述废水收集池包括化粪池和养殖废水收 集池。处理进水为养殖废水,包括养殖场产生的尿液、粪便及饲料残渣、冲洗水及工人生活 过程产生的废水,畜禽粪便单独收集、经无害化处理后制作成有机肥料。废水收集全面,处 理彻底。
[0008] 进一步的,上述的养殖废水处理装置,所述沉淀池还依次与污泥浓缩池和板框压 滤机连接。获得的有机肥料可以再利用,变废为宝,绿色环保。
[0009] 进一步的,上述的养殖废水处理装置,所述板框压滤机还与调节池连接。板框压滤 机滤出的废液可以继续再进行处理,处理彻底。
[0010] 进一步的,上述的养殖废水处理装置,所述沉淀池和污泥浓缩池之间设有螺杆栗。 螺杆泵流量平稳、压力脉动小、有自吸能力、噪声低、效率高、寿命长、工作可靠。并且输送介 质时不形成涡流、对介质的粘性不敏感,输送高粘度介质时性能稳定。
[0011] 进一步的,上述的养殖废水处理装置,所述好氧池连接鼓风机。好氧池空气充足, 废水深度处理效果好。
[0012] 进一步的,上述的养殖废水处理装置,所述好氧池与缺氧池之间还设有循环风道。 好氧菌呼吸作用产生的气体循环至缺氧池进一步被再利用,绿色环保,节约能源。
[0013] 进一步的,上述的养殖废水处理装置,所述调节池和厌氧塔之间设有潜污泵。潜污 泵可以将废水中长纤维、袋、带、草、布条等物质撕裂、切断,然后顺利排放,输送含有坚硬固 体、纤维物的液体以及特别脏、粘、滑的液体效果好。
[0014] 进一步的,上述的养殖废水处理装置,所述沉淀池还与厌氧池连接。沉淀池中沉淀 的污泥可以进行回流到厌氧池进行再处理,处理彻底。
[0015] 进一步的,上述的养殖废水处理装置,所述调节池的进水口设固液分离机及人工 格栅。固液分离机进行固液分离,配合人工格栅用于拦截较大的杂质,增加后续处理的效 率。

2. 根据权利要求1所述的养殖废水处理装置,其特征在于:所述废水收集池(1)包括化 粪池(11)和养殖废水收集池(I2)。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的养殖废水处理装置,其特征在于:所述沉淀池(7)还依次与污 泥浓缩池(9)和板框压滤机(1〇)连接。
