Abstract
本实用新型属于净水设备技术领域且公开了一种可移动高效滤水箱,包括箱体,所述箱体内部固定连接有净化壳,所述净化壳顶部设有化学药剂添加口,所述箱体顶部固定设有臭氧消毒机,所述臭氧消毒机输出端与净化壳连接,所述净化壳底部固定连接有横向活性炭过滤层以及横向活性炭过滤层之间设有竖向活性炭过滤层,所述横向活性炭过滤层底部设有载银活性炭过滤层以及载银活性炭过滤层底部设有离子交换树脂过滤层,所述载银活性炭过滤层和离子交换树脂过滤层均与箱体固定连接。该可移动高效滤水箱净水效果好,移动方便,可实现分级控制净水流程,同时工作人员可以方便的观察监测净化出水质量。

[0002]随着社会的发展,人们对于净水设备的使用愈发普遍,然而,现有的净水设备在使用时,一方面,存在着体积过大,移动使用不便的问题,另一方面,现有的净水设备在使用时,由于净化流程较为简单和单一,导致净化水质量较差,且不能够有效的改善口感和软化水质,同时,使用者对于净化水的流程不能够进行分级控制运行,进一步降低了其使用方便性,而且,现有的净水设备在使用时,使用者并不能够方便的监测观察排出的净化水水质,使用功能性较低,为此,我们提出一种可移动高效滤水箱。

[0010]本实用新型所达到的有益效果是:一种可移动高效滤水箱,该可移动高效滤水箱移动方便,通过设置净化壳、臭氧消毒机和一级出水管,使得净化壳具有很好的灭菌消毒和过滤杂质颗粒物体的效果,且通过次控制阀,使用者可以有效的控制净化壳的出水时间,从而实现分级控制净水流程,提升水质净化效果,使用非常方便,通过设置横向活性炭过滤层、竖向活性炭过滤层、载银活性炭过滤层和离子交换树脂过滤层,能够进一步高效的对水质进行水质净化,能够高效去除有机物及重金属等众多污染物,而且还可以改善口感和软化水质,保证出水水质,通过设置水质检测仪,使用者可以方便的观察监测净化出水质量,有效提升该可移动高效滤水箱的使用效果和使用效益。

[0018]所述一级出水管9设置在横向活性炭过滤层13顶部,所述箱体I底部固定连接有可制动金属滚轮2,所述净化壳12内部固定设有固体颗粒过滤网11,所述箱体I 一侧固定连接有推杆3,所述净化壳12—侧连接有进水管5,所述进水管5和二级出水管6表层均固定连接有控制阀7,所述二级出水管6设置在离子交换树脂过滤层16外侧,所述净化壳12设置在箱体I顶部,可制动金属滚轮2和推杆3的设置,能够有效保证该滤水箱的移动和固定的方便,一级出水管9和次控制阀8的设置,使得使用者可以方便的控制净化壳12的出水时间,实现分级控制净水流程,提升水质净化效果,使用非常方便。
[0019]需要说明的是,本实用新型为一种可移动高效滤水箱,工作时,打开控制阀7,将待净化水通过进水管5输入至净化壳12内,关闭化学药剂添加口 17,控制臭氧消毒机10开始工作,进行杀菌消毒以及过滤,使用者可打开次控制阀8,净化壳12内部水从一级出水管9流出,横向活性炭过滤层13、竖向活性炭过滤层14、载银活性炭过滤层15和离子交换树脂过滤层16开始工作,能够进一步高效的对水质进行水质净化,能够高效去除有机物及重金属等众多污染物,而且还可以改善口感和软化水质,保证出水水质,净化完毕的水从二级出水管6流出,使用者可通过水质检测仪4观察监测净化出水质量,有效提升该可移动高效滤水箱的使用效果和使用效益。

1.一种可移动高效滤水箱,包括箱体(I),其特征在于,所述箱体(I)内部固定连接有净化壳(12),所述净化壳(12)顶部设有化学药剂添加口(17),所述箱体(I)顶部固定设有臭氧消毒机(10),所述臭氧消毒机(10)输出端与净化壳(12)连接,所述净化壳(12)底部固定连接有横向活性炭过滤层(13)以及横向活性炭过滤层(13)之间设有竖向活性炭过滤层(14),所述横向活性炭过滤层(13)底部设有载银活性炭过滤层(15)以及载银活性炭过滤层(15)底部设有离子交换树脂过滤层(16),所述载银活性炭过滤层(15)和离子交换树脂过滤层(16)均与箱体(I)固定连接,所述箱体(I)底部连接有二级出水管(6)以及二级出水管(6)底部固定连接有水质检测仪(4),所述净化壳(12)—侧连接有一级出水管(9)以及一级出水管(9 )外侧连接有次控制阀(8 )。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可移动高效滤水箱,其特征在于,所述一级出水管(9)设置在横向活性炭过滤层(13 )顶部,所述箱体(I)底部固定连接有可制动金属滚轮(2 )。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可移动高效滤水箱,其特征在于,所述净化壳(12)内部固定设有固体颗粒过滤网(11),所述箱体(I) 一侧固定连接有推杆(3)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可移动高效滤水箱,其特征在于,所述净化壳(12)—侧连接有进水管(5),所述进水管(5)和二级出水管(6)表层均固定连接有控制阀(7)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种可移动高效滤水箱,其特征在于,所述二级出水管(6)设置在离子交换树脂过滤层(16)外侧,所述净化壳(12)设置在箱体(I)顶部。
