本发明涉及一种空气净化装置,特别是涉及一种多功能空气净化装置。
背景技术
近年来,空气污染问题越来越严重,而雾霾问题更是成为人们议论的焦点,每年因大气污染而死亡的人数比交通事故死亡的人数还多,而出门戴口罩、回家开空气净化器已成为很多人“抗霾”的方法,从而使得空气净化器的市场迅速膨胀,但目前市面上的一些主流空气净化器,其净化效率、空气净化的效果并不能很好滴满足人们的需求,并且成本较高,不利于市场推广。
目前市场上主流的空气净化技术,主要以HEPA过滤网技术为主,具有安全可靠、单次净化效率高、无附产污染物的优点,不仅可以过滤头发、宠物毛发等较大颗粒,对于微细颗粒也具有十分出众的净化作用,因而被目前的大部分空气净化设备所采用,但HEPA得使用寿命相对较短,每个三个月到半年就要进行更换,耗材成本加大。总之,目前现有的空气净化装置,普遍存在使用成本高、耗能较高、净化效果不佳、净化效率低、使用过程中噪音较大、维护不便等问题,对于空气污染日益严重的今天,现有的大部分空气净化装置,已无法很好的满足人们的净化需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种多功能空气净化装置,解决了传统的空气净化装置使用成本高、能耗大、噪音大的不足,360°全方位净化空气,安全健康,为人们带来高质量、高洁净的空气。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现:
一种多功能空气净化装置,包括顶盖、箱体、底座,其特征在于:所述箱体顶端连接顶盖,所述箱体底端连接底座,所述箱体上端装置出风区,所述箱体下端装置蜂窝状进风面板;所述箱体内部由外往内依次装置PP棉粗滤网、抽取式活性炭滤网、光触媒过滤网、净化室。
所述顶盖上装置提手,所述顶盖顶面中端装置LED显示屏,所述LED显示屏前端装置一组按键。
所述底座正面中端装置USB接口,所述底座内部装置锂电池。
所述出风区由多个出风口构成。
所述净化室顶面中端装置控制盒,所述净化室内部底端装置圆环形紫外线灭菌装置和负氧离子发生器,所述圆环形紫外线灭菌装置装置在负氧离子发生器的外侧,所述净化室内部上端装置风机。
本发明的优点:本发明的一种多功能空气净化装置,外观简约大方,体积较小,占用空间较少,圆环形设计,360°无死角,过滤净化空气全面到位,使用USB接口充满电后可连续工作较长时间,不受电源线限制,使用较为方便,蜂窝状进风面板能有效隔离大颗粒物质,避免箱体堵塞,影响使用效果;PP棉粗滤网,能有效去除飘尘、毛发、头屑、花粉等杂质;抽取式活性炭滤网,能有效吸附过滤甲醛、二手烟、苯等有害气体及异味,杀灭流行性病菌,并可抽取更换;光触媒过滤网,能有效分解有害的有机物、污染物、臭气及细菌,并能长期使用,不会产生二次污染,使用成本较低,具有环保节能的优点;净化室内部装置有圆环形紫外线灭菌装置,与光触媒过滤网结合使用,具有高效灭菌的优点;净化室内部还装置有负氧离子发生器,净化清新空气的同时还能提供“空气维生素”。总之,本发明能有效过滤净化空气中的杂质并杀灭空气中的细菌,全面优化空气质量,从而改善人体的心肺呼吸功能,提高身体免疫力。

本发明的工作原理:一种多功能空气净化装置,通过USB接口充电即可,充满电后续航能力较强,可摆放在任意位置使用,不受电源线的限制,使用较为方便;其次,通过LED显示屏即可了解设备工作状况,通过按键即可实现对设备的整体操作,操作简单快捷。
使用时,空气经蜂窝状进风面板进入设备,经PP棉粗滤网过滤毛发、花粉等较大颗粒后,再经抽取式活性炭滤网吸附过滤,再经由光触媒过滤网灭菌消毒进入净化室,最后经圆环形紫外线灭菌装置灭菌后的空气,被风机从出风口送出,出风同时负氧离子发生器有效、主动地向过滤灭菌完的空气释放净化灭菌的因子,并制造出负氧离子,使其与净化完的空气同时扩散,从而达到全面、彻底净化空气的目的,为人们创造更为舒适的生活、工作环境。
