为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种废水处理配套的异味过滤净水设备,以解决现有类似设备,对设备内部所拦截的有害杂质清洗效果较差,所拦截的杂质容易堵塞在设备内部污水通道内,影响设备内部流通效果;并且对污水内部含有的异味颗粒吸附效果较差,处理后的污水异味较重,容易影响污水的回收利用效果的问题。
本实用新型废水处理配套的异味过滤净水设备的目的与功效,由以下具体技术手段所达成:
一种废水处理配套的异味过滤净水设备,包括底座,过滤管,冲洗槽,排污口,密封盖,固定螺栓,供水管道,污水过滤网,扇形喷头,控水阀门,支撑连接管,净化管,更换口,活性炭过滤板,密封盖板,把手,杂质回收桶,渗水网和排水孔;所述过滤管安装在底座顶部,且冲洗槽安装在过滤管底部,并且冲洗槽左侧开设有一处排污口;所述密封盖转动连接于冲洗槽左侧端面上,且密封盖内侧设有橡胶密封圈;所述固定螺栓共有四处,且其中一处固定螺栓转动连接于冲洗槽左侧端面上,并且固定螺栓一端压合在密封盖外侧端上;所述供水管道安装在过滤管外壁上,且供水管道进水端与外部高压供水管道相连通,并且控水阀门安装在供水管道上;所述污水过滤网位于过滤管内部;所述扇形喷头位于过滤网内部,且扇形喷头与供水管道相连通;所述支撑连接管安装在底座顶部,且支撑连接管进水端与过滤管相连通,并且支撑连接管出水端与净化管相连通;所述净化管安装在底座顶部,且净化管顶部开设有两处更换口,并且更换口左右分别安装有一处固定螺栓;所述固定螺栓一端转动连接于净化管顶部,且固定螺栓另一端分别压合在密封盖板顶部端面左右两端;所述密封盖板安装在净化管顶部,且密封盖板底部设有橡胶密封圈,并且密封盖板顶部安装有一处把手;所述杂质回收桶顶部为漏斗形结构,且杂质回收桶放置在底座顶部,并且渗水网位于杂质回收桶内部。
进一步的,所述过滤管进水端与废水处理管道相连通,且过滤管为椭圆形管道结构,并且污水过滤网安装在过滤管内部出水端。
进一步的,所述扇形喷头共有两处,且两处扇形喷头均安装在过滤管内部顶端面上,并且扇形喷头喷口出朝向污水过滤网部位处。
进一步的,所述过滤管底部设有一处正方形冲洗槽,且冲洗槽左侧排污口部位安装有一处密封盖,并且密封盖一端通过固定螺栓固定在冲洗槽左侧端面上。
进一步的,所述过滤管通过支撑连接管与净化管相连通,且净化管内部安装有两处圆板形活性炭过滤板,并且活性炭过滤板内部含有颗粒状活性炭。
进一步的,所述活性炭过滤板顶部与密封盖板底部相连,且密封盖板底部扣合在净化管顶部所开设的更换口部位处。
进一步的,所述杂质回收桶安装在底座上,且杂质回收桶顶部桶口处位于冲洗槽左侧排污口底部。
进一步的,所述杂质回收桶内部安装有一处渗水网,且杂质回收桶底部还开设有一处排水孔。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:
1.污水过滤网的设置,有利于对污水中含有的有害杂质进行过滤,使杂质附着在设备内部污水过滤网上,降低污水内部有害杂质含量,提高水体质量;并且配合扇形喷头和供水管道设置,方便人员定期通过高压水流对污水过滤网外侧附着的有害杂质进行清洗,使污水过滤网外侧保持洁净,避免有害杂质附着过多,将污水过滤网堵塞,影响设备内部污水流通效果。
2.冲洗槽和密封盖的设置,有利于将前期冲洗下来的杂质从设备内部排出,避免有害杂质长期处于设备内部,影响设备内部水体流通效果;并且配合杂质回收桶和渗水网的使用,方便人员对设备内部所排出的有害杂质进行收集,并将有害杂质内部含有的水分排出,使有害杂质保持脱水状态,便于人员后期对有害杂质进行处理工作,降低有害杂质对外部环境的污染。
3.活性炭过滤板的设置,有利于对污水中含有的异味颗粒进行吸附,使异味颗粒吸附在活性炭过滤板内部颗粒状活性炭内,降低污水中的异味浓度,提高水体质量;并且配合密封盖板和把手的设置,方便人员定期将活性炭过滤板从设备内部取出更换,并对活性炭过滤板内部颗粒状活性炭进行暴晒,使活性炭内部吸附的异味颗粒通过暴晒自行排出,保障后期活性炭对污水内部异味颗粒的吸附效果。

本实用新型提供一种废水处理配套的异味过滤净水设备,包括底座1,过滤管2,冲洗槽3,排污口301,密封盖4,固定螺栓5,供水管道6,污水过滤网7,扇形喷头8,控水阀门9,支撑连接管10,净化管11,更换口1101,活性炭过滤板12,密封盖板13,把手1301,杂质回收桶14,渗水网1401和排水孔1402;所述过滤管2安装在底座1顶部,且冲洗槽3安装在过滤管2底部,并且冲洗槽3左侧开设有一处排污口301;所述密封盖4转动连接于冲洗槽3左侧端面上,且密封盖4内侧设有橡胶密封圈;所述固定螺栓5共有四处,且其中一处固定螺栓5转动连接于冲洗槽3左侧端面上,并且固定螺栓5一端压合在密封盖4外侧端上;所述供水管道6安装在过滤管2外壁上,且供水管道6进水端与外部高压供水管道相连通,并且控水阀门9安装在供水管道6上;所述污水过滤网7位于过滤管2内部;所述扇形喷头8位于过滤网7内部,且扇形喷头8与供水管道6相连通;所述支撑连接管10安装在底座1顶部,且支撑连接管10进水端与过滤管2相连通,并且支撑连接管10出水端与净化管11相连通;所述净化管11安装在底座1顶部,且净化管11顶部开设有两处更换口1101,并且更换口1101左右分别安装有一处固定螺栓5;所述固定螺栓5一端转动连接于净化管11顶部,且固定螺栓5另一端分别压合在密封盖板13顶部端面左右两端;所述密封盖板13安装在净化管11顶部,且密封盖板13底部设有橡胶密封圈,并且密封盖板13顶部安装有一处把手1301;所述杂质回收桶14顶部为漏斗形结构,且杂质回收桶14放置在底座1顶部,并且渗水网1401位于杂质回收桶14内部。
其中,所述过滤管2进水端与废水处理管道相连通,且过滤管2为椭圆形管道结构,并且污水过滤网7安装在过滤管2内部出水端;具体作用,可通过污水过滤网7对流经过滤管2内部的污水进行过滤,使污水中含有的有害杂质拦截附着在污水过滤网7上,降低污水中有害杂质含量,提高水体质量。
其中,所述扇形喷头8共有两处,且两处扇形喷头8均安装在过滤管2内部顶端面上,并且扇形喷头8喷口出朝向污水过滤网7部位处;具体作用,可通过扇形喷头8将高压水流喷射到污水过滤网7上,对污水过滤网7上所附着的有害杂质进行冲洗,使有害杂质冲洗到冲洗槽3内,保持污水过滤网7洁净性,保障污水过滤网7过滤效果。
其中,所述过滤管2底部设有一处正方形冲洗槽3,且冲洗槽3左侧排污口301部位安装有一处密封盖4,并且密封盖4一端通过固定螺栓5固定在冲洗槽3左侧端面上;具体作用,可通过开启冲洗槽3外侧的密封盖4,将过滤管2内部冲洗下来的有害杂质通过密封盖4部位自行排出,避免有害杂质长期处于过滤管2内部,影响过滤管2内部水体流通效果。
其中,所述过滤管2通过支撑连接管10与净化管11相连通,且净化管11内部安装有两处圆板形活性炭过滤板12,并且活性炭过滤板12内部含有颗粒状活性炭;具体作用,可通过活性炭过滤板12内部含有的颗粒状活性炭,将污水中含有的异味颗粒吸附在活性炭过滤板12内部,降低污水中的异味浓度,提高水体质量。
其中,所述活性炭过滤板12顶部与密封盖板13底部相连,且密封盖板13底部扣合在净化管11顶部所开设的更换口1101部位处;具体作用,方便工作人员定期将净化管11内部所安装的活性炭过滤板12取出更换暴晒,使活性炭过滤板12内部吸附的异味颗粒通过暴晒自行排出,保障后期活性炭过滤板12对异味颗粒吸附效果。
其中,所述杂质回收桶14安装在底座1上,且杂质回收桶14顶部桶口处位于冲洗槽3左侧排污口301底部;具体作用,可对冲洗槽3内部排出的有害杂质进行收集,使有害杂质存储在杂质回收桶14内部,方便人员对有害杂质进行集中处理,避免有害杂质随处排放,影响外部环境。
其中,所述杂质回收桶14内部安装有一处渗水网1401,且杂质回收桶14底部还开设有一处排水孔1402;具体作用,可通过渗水网1401将杂质回收桶14内部含水的有害杂质进行脱水作业,使有害杂质内部含有的水流落入杂质回收桶14底部,并通过杂质回收桶14底部所开设的排水孔1402自行排入预先放置好的污水存放桶内,使杂质回收桶14内部有害杂质保持干燥状态,便于人员后期处理作业。
本实施例的具体使用方式与作用:
本实用新型在使用时,废水处理设备处理后的污水通过管道将污水输送至过滤管2内部;当污水流经过滤管2部位时,过滤管2内部所安装的污水过滤网7对污水中所含有的有害杂质杂质进行过滤,使有害杂质附着在污水过滤网7;接下来过滤后的污水通过支撑连接管10流入净化管11内部;当污水净化管11部位时,污水净化管11内部所安装的的活性炭过滤板12,对污水中所含有的异味颗粒进行吸附,使异味颗粒存储在活性炭过滤板12内部颗粒状活性炭内,提高水体质量;最后污水通过与污水净化管11连接的管道排入其他功能的污水净化设备内,即刻完成污水异味过滤作业;工作人员可定期开启供水管道6上的控水阀门9,通过将水流运送至扇形喷头8部位处,对污水过滤网7所拦截的有害杂质进行冲洗,使污水过滤网7保持洁净,并开启密封盖4,将冲洗下来的杂质连通污水排入杂质回收桶14内,保持设备内部洁净性;在清洗污水过滤网7的同时,工作人员可转动更换口1101左右两侧固定螺栓5,使密封盖板13与更换口1101分离,工作人员可通过提拉密封盖板13顶部把手1301部位将活性炭过滤板12从设备内部取出进行更换晾晒作业,保障设备内部活性炭过滤板12对异味颗粒吸附效果。

1.一种废水处理配套的异味过滤净水设备,其特征在于:该废水处理配套的异味过滤净水设备包括底座(1),过滤管(2),冲洗槽(3),排污口(301),密封盖(4),固定螺栓(5),供水管道(6),污水过滤网(7),扇形喷头(8),控水阀门(9),支撑连接管(10),净化管(11),更换口(1101),活性炭过滤板(12),密封盖板(13),把手(1301),杂质回收桶(14),渗水网(1401)和排水孔(1402);所述过滤管(2)安装在底座(1)顶部,且冲洗槽(3)安装在过滤管(2)底部,并且冲洗槽(3)左侧开设有一处排污口(301);所述密封盖(4)转动连接于冲洗槽(3)左侧端面上,且密封盖(4)内侧设有橡胶密封圈;所述固定螺栓(5)共有四处,且其中一处固定螺栓(5)转动连接于冲洗槽(3)左侧端面上,并且固定螺栓(5)一端压合在密封盖(4)外侧端上;所述供水管道(6)安装在过滤管(2)外壁上,且供水管道(6)进水端与外部高压供水管道相连通,并且控水阀门(9)安装在供水管道(6)上;所述污水过滤网(7)位于过滤管(2)内部;所述扇形喷头(8)位于过滤网(7)内部,且扇形喷头(8)与供水管道(6)相连通;所述支撑连接管(10)安装在底座(1)顶部,且支撑连接管(10)进水端与过滤管(2)相连通,并且支撑连接管(10)出水端与净化管(11)相连通;所述净化管(11) 安装在底座(1)顶部,且净化管(11)顶部开设有两处更换口(1101),并且更换口(1101)左右分别安装有一处固定螺栓(5);所述固定螺栓(5)一端转动连接于净化管(11)顶部,且固定螺栓(5)另一端分别压合在密封盖板(13)顶部端面左右两端;所述密封盖板(13)安装在净化管(11)顶部,且密封盖板(13)底部设有橡胶密封圈,并且密封盖板(13)顶部安装有一处把手(1301);所述杂质回收桶(14)顶部为漏斗形结构,且杂质回收桶(14)放置在底座(1)顶部,并且渗水网(1401)位于杂质回收桶(14)内部。
2.如权利要求1所述废水处理配套的异味过滤净水设备,其特征在于:所述过滤管(2)进水端与废水处理管道相连通,且过滤管(2)为椭圆形管道结构,并且污水过滤网(7)安装在过滤管(2)内部出水端。
3.如权利要求1所述废水处理配套的异味过滤净水设备,其特征在于:所述扇形喷头(8)共有两处,且两处扇形喷头(8)均安装在过滤管(2)内部顶端面上,并且扇形喷头(8)喷口出朝向污水过滤网(7)部位处。
4.如权利要求1所述废水处理配套的异味过滤净水设备,其特征在于:所述过滤管(2)底部设有一处正方形冲洗槽(3),且冲洗槽(3)左侧排污口(301)部位安装有一处密封盖(4),并且密封盖(4)一端通过固定螺栓(5)固定在冲洗槽(3)左侧端面上。
5.如权利要求1所述废水处理配套的异味过滤净水设备,其特征在于:所述过滤管(2)通过支撑连接管(10)与净化管(11)相连通,且净化管(11)内部安装有两处圆板形活性炭过滤板(12),并且活性炭过滤板(12)内部含有颗粒状活性炭。
6.如权利要求1所述废水处理配套的异味过滤净水设备,其特征在于:所述活性炭过滤板(12)顶部与密封盖板(13)底部相连,且密封盖板(13)底部扣合在净化管(11)顶部所开设的更换口(1101)部位处。
7.如权利要求1所述废水处理配套的异味过滤净水设备,其特征在于:所述杂质回收桶(14)安装在底座(1)上,且杂质回收桶(14)顶部桶口处位于冲洗槽(3)左侧排污口(301)底部。
8.如权利要求1所述废水处理配套的异味过滤净水设备,其特征在于:所述杂质回收桶(14)内部安装有一处渗水网(1401),且杂质回收桶(14)底部还开设有一处排水孔(1402)。
