Abstract

Description

技术领域
本发明的目的是涉及一种食品容器，其包括特制附件用以支撑杯子。由于杯子和食物在同一容器中存放，所以消费者可以用单手或单臂同时一起运送食品及饮品。
本发明特别应用于食品行业，尤其是酒店、餐饮行业，亦可做家庭使用。
背景技术
如今，越来越常见到人们在特定场所诸如快餐店、影院、剧场、音乐会等地吃事先备好和售卖以供快速食用的食品。
时有发生的是，当一个顾客去到上述场所之一购买一份或多份食品与饮品时，面临着无法仅用他的双手同时拿取所有东西的问题，并且由于同时拿取所有东西很困难，还存在打翻、掉落食物和饮品的危险，因此消费者不得不想尽办法手臂和身体并用以便能够同时拿取所有东西。
本发明的目的是通过提出一种食品容器，其包括用以支撑杯子的特制附件，从而解决了上述问题。
因此，通过提供可用于使用单臂或单手同时运送食品与饮品的食品容器，本发明解决了上述问题，提高了用户的使用舒适度。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种带有饮品支架的食品容器，其包括一组侧壁及下承载面。
所述容器还包括：
-特制附件，其被设计为接纳杯子，该附件进而包括：
○备有开孔的支架，杯子可插入该开孔，以及
○耳片，用于将该附件固定到容器的其中一个侧壁上，
其中该耳片从该支架延伸出并且由折叠线限定，允许该支架被折叠/展开。
该支架被配置以使其可沿折叠线折叠并且在其固定连接的容器的侧壁的一个外表面上贴平放置。
根据第一实施例，侧壁的其中一个包括位于其底部、中部或顶部的插槽，使得该插槽就处于下承载面的上方。
上述附件的耳片向容器的其中一个侧壁的内表面插入插槽内，以便将该附件固定到容器。
根据第二实施例，通过将耳片固定到容器的其中一个侧壁的外表面从而使该附件固定到容器。
该耳片可在底部、中部或顶部固定于容器的其中一个侧壁的外表面。
有不同的方法来设计该支架的开孔，其包括：
-该开孔由封闭模切线限定，
-该开孔由透明纸片覆盖，
-该开孔为工厂制造。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，该图示出了一种带有饮品支架(11)的食品容器(1)，其包括一组侧壁(10)和下承载面(5)以及附加的附件(2)，该附件设计为可接纳装有冰块的杯子(9)或其他物品诸如瓶子，由于其可折叠平贴于容器侧壁的其中一个外表面(4)上，所以不占用空间。
食品容器(1)可以盛放食品，例如薯片或薯条、爆米花或其他种类的快餐食品，在店内食用或可以外带。
该容器(1)由硬纸板制成，且在边角处折叠，因此是以此类容器(1)的常规方法制造而成。很明显，该容器(1)可以具有任意几何形状并且由任意材料制成。
图3示出了用户如何仅用一只手握住塑料杯(9)，也就是通常较重的部件，而无需再去拿住容器(1)。
此外，由于此类食品售卖时通常在杯子(9)旁边配有吸管，因此使得用户饮用时不会洒出饮品。
附件(2)包括：
●备有开孔(7)的支架(11)，杯子(9)可插入该开孔中，以及
●耳片(8)，其用于将该附件(2)固定到容器的侧壁(10)的其中一个上，
其中耳片(8)从支架(11)延伸出并且由折叠线限定，使得该支架(11)可被折叠/展开。
开孔(7)可以设计为多种不同的几何形状，以便能与杯子(9)的形状相适应；例如圆形，多边形等。
优选实施例以圆形开孔为特征，因为与食物搭配的该类型饮品通常装在锥筒状杯子(9)中售卖。
在一个优选实施例中，该开孔(7)位于关于支架(11)的居中的位置，因而杯子(9)不会影响组件的稳定性；但是在其他实施例中，开孔(7)可以定位关于支架(11)除中心以外的任何位置。
根据第一实施例，侧壁(10)的其中一个包括设置在一特定高度的小插槽(6)，从而使其位于下承载面(5)上方。
耳片(8)朝向容器的其中一个侧壁的内表面(3)插入上述插槽(6)。
插槽(6)定位的方式取决于所用容器(1)的类型，由于插槽可位于容器(1)的侧壁(10)的其中一个的中部、顶部或者底部，因此该插槽(6)平行于下承载面(5)。
如果需要拿取比标准尺寸大的杯子(9)或者需要拿取多于一个的杯子(9)，那么可以在容器的侧壁(10)上添加更多个插槽(6)。
根据第二实施例，通过固定到容器的其中一个侧壁的外表面(4)上的耳片(8)而使附件(2)固定到容器(1)上。附件可以固定在不同高度，如容器(1)的侧壁(10)的中部、顶部或底部，以便以最佳可能方式固定。
在上述两个实施例中，有不同的方法来设计开孔(7)；通过将手指按压在容器(1)的封闭模切线上而形成开孔，或者开孔是由透明纸片或其他材料覆盖以便所述透明纸片可以轻易移除，或者该开孔(7)由工厂制造。
在购买食物而不带饮品的情况下，支架(11)可以保持其折叠构造。
耳片(8)以粘贴、密封或者其他任意已知方法附连到容器(1)上。
握住杯子(9)的方法决定了拿住容器(1)的方法。
本发明不受本文公开的具体实施例所限制。本领域技术人员可依照本文描述执行其他设计。因而，本发明的范围由后附权利要求所限定。

Claims (12)

1.一种带有饮品支架（11）的食品容器（1），其包括一组侧壁（10）及下承载面（5），其特征在于，所述容器还包括：
–附件（2），其被设计为接纳杯子（9），该附件进而包括：
●备有开孔（7）的支架（11），杯子（9）可插入该开孔，以及
●耳片（8），用于将该附件（2）固定到该容器的侧壁（10）中的一个上，
其中该耳片（8）从该支架（11）延伸出并且由折叠线限定，允许该支架（11）被折叠/展开。
2.如权利要求1所述的带有饮品支架（11）的食品容器（1），其特征在于，该支架（11）中的开孔（7）居中定位。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的带有饮品支架（11）的食品容器（1），其特征在于，所述侧壁（10）中的一个包括用于插入所述耳片（8）的插槽（6），所述耳片（8）被固定到该容器的侧壁的内表面（3），并且其中该插槽（6）设置在特定高度以使其位于下承载面（5）的上方。
4.如权利要求3所述的带有饮品支架（11）的食品容器（1），其特征在于，该插槽（6）定位于该容器（1）的侧壁（10）中的一个的顶部、中部或底部。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的带有饮品支架（11）的食品容器（1），其特征在于，该耳片（8）被固定到该容器（1）的侧壁（10）中的一个的外表面（4）。

8.如权利要求4或6所述的带有饮品支架（11）的食品容器（1），其特征在于，该开孔（7）由透明纸片覆盖，所述透明纸片可以被撕开以插入杯子（9）。
9.如权利要求4或6所述的带有饮品支架（11）的食品容器（1），其特征在于，该开孔（7）为工厂制造。
10.如权利要求7所述的带有饮品支架（11）的食品容器（1），其特征在于，该支架（11）被构造为可沿折叠线折叠并且在其固定连接的容器（1）的侧壁（10）的外表面（4）的其中一个上贴平放置。
