Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种相变蓄冷凉垫。它是由软质密闭外壳，软泡沫塑料和吸在其中的十二醇，十六烷等能在20～30℃间发生固液相变的蓄冷物质构成。使用前，把凉垫浸入自来水中或放入冰箱中使蓄冷物质凝固，使用时，通过蓄冷物质的融化吸热过程达到使人凉爽舒适的目的。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种能利用物质从液态到固态的相变过程储蓄冷量，在气温较高时，通过凝固物质的熔化吸热过程使人凉爽舒适的凉垫。
现有的凉垫主要是通过在封闭的垫腔中充水，从而达到凉爽的目的。由于水的比热有限，因此，要在较长的时间里维持凉爽，垫子必须装较多的水，此外，每次用完后必须重新装入冷水。
本实用新型的任务是要提供一种改进的凉垫。它能循环使用而无需充水，同时也较充水型凉垫质量小。
本实用新型是这样实现的：在由塑料膜或橡胶布构成的密闭腔中置以软泡沫塑料，软泡沫塑料的小孔中吸入十二醇，十六烷，结晶氯化钙（CaCl2·6H2O），十水硫酸钠以及共晶盐等能在20℃～30℃间发生固液相变的蓄冷物质。使用前，把凉垫浸入自来水池或放入冰箱中，使凉垫中的蓄冷物质通过向温度较低的自来水或冰箱放热而凝固从而完成蓄冷过程。使用时，人体的热量传向凝固的蓄冷物质使之熔化，从而达到使人凉爽的目的。由于蓄冷物质熔化时要吸收较多的热量，而且温度保持不变，因此，该凉垫在工作时基本上保持着恒温特性。密闭腔中的软泡沫塑料可把液态的蓄冷物质吸于其中，使凉垫在固化过程中保持固定的形状。
本实用新型可制成凉枕，座垫，靠背垫，凉毯等，以满足人体不同部位的舒适需要。

1、一个相变蓄冷凉垫其特征是由软质密闭外壳[1]，软泡沫塑料[2]和蓄冷物质[3]构成。
2、按权利要求1所述的相变蓄冷凉垫其特征是软质外壳〔1〕是塑料膜，橡胶布等。
3、按权利要求1所述的相变蓄冷凉垫，其特征是蓄冷物质〔3〕是能在20℃～30℃间发生固液相变的物质，如十二醇，十六烷，结晶氯化钙（CaCl2·6H2O），十水硫酸钠等。
