本实用新型涉及一种斜拉杆总成,尤其用于外平开上悬窗用的斜拉杆总成。
背景技术
现有技术中的平开窗，窗扇通过合页与窗框相连接。执手和传动杆在扇上相对于合页的另一侧，窗框上有锁座与传动杆上的锁点相对应。开启方式单一，且在开启后窗扇由于自重无法定位，容易自行关闭，尤其是环境恶劣的情况下。
外平开上悬窗是一种新型的开启方式，既能外平开又能上悬，结合了外平开窗和外开上悬窗的功能，一般常规的斜拉杆在上悬状态时由于窗扇自重无法定位，容易自行关闭，尤其是环境恶劣的情况下。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种斜拉杆总成，其适用于外平开上悬窗并具有开启自定位功能。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用下述技术方案，一种斜拉杆总成，包括固定安装于窗扇槽内的底座、支撑、固定安装于窗框上的连杆，通过第三铆钉穿过底座和支撑的一端铆接，支撑的另一端通过第四铆钉与连杆铆接，其特征在于：所述的底座内还包括一开启自定位装置，所述的开启自定位装置包括位于底座上并可沿底座长度方向滑动的滑块、两端分别设有V型凹槽的限位片，所述的限位片通过第二铆钉铆接与底座上，所述的滑块包括滑块本体、自滑块本体朝限位片方向延伸的长柄部，在滑块本体的另一端上设有与限位片撞击配合作用的凹型撞击部，使得在滑块本体上凹型撞击部与长柄部之间形成一缺口，在窗扇开启上悬开启过程中，与连杆铆接在一起的滑块在底座内滑动到达预定位置后撞击限位片，使限位片转动预设角度，在撤去外力后由于窗扇自重对斜拉杆施力使限位片的V型凹槽与滑块的缺口碰撞并卡位于长柄部上，使斜拉杆实现开启自定位，再次对窗扇开启方向施力，滑块在底座中移动再次对限位片撞击，使限位片V型凹槽位置回归原位，解除斜拉杆开启自定位状态，窗扇可关闭。
本实用新型结构简单、可靠，可有效抵抗窗扇自重实现开启一定角度后自定位。尤其适用于外平开上悬窗，实现窗扇开启角度可调，用户开启更为方便、更为人性化。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型的一种结构示意图的具体实施例，一种斜拉杆总成，包括固定安装于窗扇槽内的底座1、支撑7、固定安装于窗框上的连杆8，通过第三铆钉6穿过底座1和支撑7的一端铆接，支撑7的另一端通过第四铆钉9与连杆8铆接，其特征在于：所述的底座1内还包括一开启自定位装置，所述的开启自定位装置包括位于底座1上并可沿底座1长度方向滑动的滑块2、两端分别设有V型凹槽3a的限位片3，所述的限位片通过第二铆钉6铆接与底座1上，所述的滑块2包括滑块本体2a、自滑块本体2a朝限位片3方向延伸的长柄部2b，在滑块本体2a的另一端上设有与限位片3撞击配合作用的凹型撞击部2c，使得在滑块本体2a上凹型撞击部2c与长柄部2b之间形成一缺口2d。
窗扇开启前滑块与限位片之间的状态图如图2所示，在窗扇开启上悬开启过程中，与连杆8铆接在一起的滑块2在底座1内滑动到达预定位置后撞击限位片3，使限位片3转动预设角度，如图3所示。在撤去外力后由于窗扇自重对斜拉杆施力使限位片3的V型凹槽3a与滑块2的缺口2d碰撞并卡位于长柄部2b上，如图4所示，使斜拉杆实现开启自定位。再次对窗扇开启方向施力，滑块2在底座1中移动再次对限位片3撞击，如图5所示，使限位片V型凹槽3a位置回归原位，解除斜拉杆开启自定位状态，窗扇可关闭，如图6所示。

1.一种斜拉杆总成，包括固定安装于窗扇槽内的底座（1）、支撑（7）、固定安装于窗框上的连杆（8），通过第三铆钉（6）穿过底座（1）和支撑（7）的一端铆接，支撑（7）的另一端通过第四铆钉（9）与连杆（8）铆接，其特征在于：所述的底座（1）内还包括一开启自定位装置，所述的开启自定位装置包括位于底座（1）上并可沿底座（1）长度方向滑动的滑块（2）、两端分别设有V型凹槽（3a）的限位片（3），所述的限位片通过第二铆钉（6）铆接与底座（1）上，所述的滑块（2）包括滑块本体（2a）、自滑块本体（2a）朝限位片（3）方向延伸的长柄部（2b），在滑块本体（2a）的另一端上设有与限位片（3）撞击配合作用的凹型撞击部（2c），使得在滑块本体（2a）上凹型撞击部（2c）与长柄部（2b）之间形成一缺口（2d），在窗扇开启上悬开启过程中，与连杆（8）铆接在一起的滑块（2）在底座（1）内滑动到达预定位置后撞击限位片（3），使限位片（3）转动预设角度，在撤去外力后由于窗扇自重对斜拉杆施力使限位片（3）的V型凹槽（3a）与滑块（2）的缺口（2d）碰撞并卡位于长柄部（2b）上，使斜拉杆实现开启自定位，再次对窗扇开启方向施力，滑块（2）在底座（1）中移动再次对限位片（3）撞击，使限位片（3）V型凹槽（3a）位置回归原位，解除斜拉杆开启自定位状态，窗扇可关闭。
