Abstract

本实用新型纺织工业用挂浆胶辊是一种纺织工业挂浆用的专用胶辊。它主要由金属内芯、胶面、轴心和金属粘结层组成。它突出的优点是纺织用挂浆胶辊本身在温度为100℃的浆液中长时间浸泡不变形、不脱芯，胶辊硬度在90°以上(邵氏)，且各部位硬度相差不超过5°，耐碱，抗静电，并可提高纺织品的质量。

Description

本实用新型纺织工业用挂浆胶辊是纺织工业挂浆用的专用胶辊。
原纺织工业用的胶辊是纺织品生产过程中关键工艺设备的重要部件，大都为不锈钢钢辊，但其挂浆不均匀，质量低。加之钢辊使用寿命短，严重的影响了纺织行业的发展，已成为当前的突出问题。青岛国棉一厂从西德引进的设备中，其挂浆胶辊是橡塑制的辊，虽产品质量好，胶辊耐用，但需花费外汇进口，结构性能与技术是保密的，无法仿制研究。
本实用新型纺织工业用挂浆胶辊的目的是提供一种纺织工业挂浆用的专用、耐用胶辊。
本实用新型纺织工业用挂浆胶辊的主要特征为由金属内芯〔1〕与胶面〔3〕，轴心〔4〕，和在内芯与胶面间的金属粘结层〔2〕组成。而金属内芯〔1〕的特征在于可由铸钢、铸铁、CT45或A3之任一种材料制造。其金属粘结层〔2〕由橡胶、硫黄、促进剂、活化剂、增强剂和粘结剂配合制成。胶面〔3〕材料由合成胶、硫化剂、耐水剂、增强剂、促进剂活化剂、耐酸碱剂配合制成。
本实用新型纺织工业用挂浆胶辊的优点是在温度为100℃的浆液中长时间浸泡不变形，不脱芯；胶辊的硬度在邵氏硬度90°以上，且各部位硬度相差不超过5°，耐碱、抗静电。使用该胶辊后可提高产品质量，节省大量外汇，如年产3000支产值可达450万元。

Claims (4)

1、一种纺织工业用挂浆胶辊其特征在于由金属内芯[1]和胶面[3]间的心[4]和在内芯[1]和胶面[3]间的金属粘结层[2]组成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的纺织工业用挂浆胶辊其特征在于金属内芯〔1〕可由铸钢，铸铁、CT45或A3之任一种材料制造。
3、根据权利要求1所述的纺织工业用挂浆胶辊其特征在于金属粘结层〔2〕由橡胶、硫黄、促进剂、活化剂、增强剂和粘结剂  配合制成。
4、根据权利要求1所述的纺织工业挂浆胶辊其特征在于胶面〔3〕材料由合成胶、硫化剂、促进剂、活化剂、耐酸碱剂增强剂、耐水剂配合制成。
