背景技术
热转印是一项新兴的印刷工艺，该工艺印刷方式分为转印膜印和转印加工两大部分，转印膜印刷采用网点印刷，将图案预先印在薄膜表面，印刷的图案层次丰富、色彩鲜艳，千变万化，色差小，再现性好，能达到设计图案者的要求效果，并且适合大批量生产；转印加工通过热转印机一次加工(加热加压)将转印膜上精美的图案转印在产品表面，成型后油墨层与产品表面溶为一体，逼真漂亮，大大提高产品的档次。
为了转印图案的精美，花膜在传输过程中起皱，现有技术一般通过设置调节转辊和带有阻尼功能的放卷转轮来实现花膜的平整度，在实际的生产过程中，不可避免的出现褶皱，此种技术方案需要人工辅助的手段来降低转印的次品率，申请人结合现有技术，做出了技术上的改进，提供了一种自动捋平的转印机，提高了转印的成功率，具有较大的经济效益和市场价值。

作为优选，所述花膜捋平毛刷包括上下对应的两层毛刷板，所述两层毛刷板的角度为100-145度。
由于采用上述技术方案，本实用新型的有益效果为：采用捋平毛刷，可将化膜在传输过程中产生的细微褶皱从中间相两边捋平，保证了花膜在进入烫印装置的过程中平整无褶皱。

如图1所示，本实用新型包括底座1、机架2、承印物转辊3、气缸4和烫印装置5，所述底座1上设有机架2，在该机架2的下端设有可纵向调节的承印物转辊3，在机架2的上端通过升降调节装置4连接有气缸5，在该气缸5的下端通过螺栓螺母连接有烫印装置6，所述烫印装置6的上端通过螺栓螺母固定连接有横向支撑架7，在该支撑架7的一端设有放卷转轮8，在该放卷转轮8的一侧设有两个调节转辊9和一个花膜捋平毛刷10，在该横向支撑架7的另一端设有收卷转轮11，在该收卷转轮11的一侧设有一调节转辊9。
所述花膜捋平毛刷10包括上下对应的两层毛刷板12，所述两层毛刷板12的角度为100-145度。
本实用新型的工作原理：将花膜从花膜捋平毛刷10的两层毛刷板12之间穿过，在调节花膜捋平毛刷的上下位置，即可。
