背景技术
近年来由于城市汽车数量的急剧增加，导致老城区车位严重不足，大量的私家车占道停放，不仅使得生活区拥挤不堪，连原本不宽的城市道路也被当作了停车场，直接增加了城市的交通拥堵，给人们的生活带来了诸多不便。目前解决老城区停车的唯一办法就是设立地下停车库，但是由于老城区房屋的间距较窄，地基较浅，导致地下停车库施工的技术难度较大、周期较长，不仅会严重影响人们的生活，而且会对房屋地基带来安全隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种施工快捷、绿色环保、使用方便、安全可靠的城市地下空间立体车库。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种城市地下空间立体车库，其特征在于：所述立体车库外墙及进出通道由混凝土咬合桩围成，所述混凝土咬合桩顶部设置有冠梁，所述混凝土咬合桩由钢筋混凝土承载桩、素混凝土止水桩、钢筋混凝土支护桩咬合形成，所述立体车库内部均匀分布有钢筋混凝土立柱桩，所述钢筋混凝土承载桩外围设置有连接钢筒一，钢筋混凝土立柱桩外围设置有连接钢筒二，所述钢筋混凝土立柱桩顶部的连接钢筒二之间及与钢筋混凝土承载桩顶部的连接钢筒一之间设置有钢结构主梁，所述钢结构主梁上侧面设置有钢结构支梁，所述钢结构主梁和钢结构支梁上设置有顶部混凝土轻钢桁架板；所述钢筋混凝土承载桩下部的连接钢筒一和钢筋混凝土立柱桩下部的连接钢筒二之间设置有钢筋混凝土底板，所述钢筋混凝土底板下部的钢筋混凝土立柱桩与钢筋混凝土承载桩之间设置有混凝土底板梁，所述钢筋混凝土底板底部设置有抗浮桩。

本实用新型技术方案充分利用小区内的公共绿地，以混凝土咬合桩为墙壁、混凝土轻钢桁架板为层板，以逆作法的方式，建造地下立体车库，解决城市拥堵的难题，同时装配式钢结构梁和混凝土轻钢桁架板在施工完毕后，可以立即开挖下一层地下车库，而无需等待混凝土达到一定强度才能满足安全开挖条件，因此每一层的施工工期可缩短一半，同时逆作法可缩短地面施工工期，可以把地下立体车库施工对居民干扰和房屋地基的危害降到最低，因此具有广阔的市场前景。

具体实施方式
一种城市地下空间立体车库，如图1、2、3所示，以建设两层车库为例，所述立体车库外墙及进出通道由钢筋混凝土承载桩2、素混凝土止水桩3、钢筋混凝土支护桩4咬合搭接构成的混凝土咬合桩13围成，所述混凝土咬合桩13顶部浇筑有冠梁5，所述立体车库内部均匀分布有钢筋混凝土立柱桩1，所述钢筋混凝土承载桩2外围套接有连接钢筒一11，钢筋混凝土立柱桩1外围套接有连接钢筒二14，所述钢筋混凝土立柱桩1顶部的连接钢筒二14之间及与钢筋混凝土承载桩2顶部的连接钢筒一11之间设置有钢结构主梁8，所述钢结构主梁8上侧面焊接有钢结构支梁7，所述钢结构主梁8和钢结构支梁7上焊接顶部混凝土轻钢桁架板6；所述钢筋混凝土承载桩2下部的连接钢筒一11和钢筋混凝土立柱桩1下部的连接钢筒二14之间浇筑有钢筋混凝土底板10，所述钢筋混凝土底板10下部的钢筋混凝土立柱桩1与钢筋混凝土承载桩2之间浇筑有混凝土底板梁12，所述钢筋混凝土底板10底部固定有抗浮桩9。
所述顶部混凝土轻钢桁架板6与钢筋混凝土底板10之间设置有1层混凝土轻钢桁架板。
所述连接钢筒一11和连接钢筒二14为圆筒结构，其内部设置有十字筋板15。
本实用新型城市地下空间立体车库的施工方法，以建设两层车库为例，具体包括如下步骤：
首先，选择长廊形小区绿地，开挖绿地至1.5m深处，施工钢筋混凝土承载桩、素混凝土止水桩、钢筋混凝土支护桩咬合而成的混凝土咬合桩，作为立体车库外墙及进出通道，再施工立体车库内的钢筋混凝土立柱桩；
第二，立体车库外墙和钢筋混凝土立柱桩施工完成一个星期后，在钢筋混凝土立柱桩顶部的连接钢筒二之间及与钢筋混凝土承载桩顶部的连接钢筒一之间设置有钢结构主梁，所述钢结构主梁上侧面焊接有钢结构支梁，所述钢结构主梁和钢结构支梁上焊接顶部混凝土轻钢桁架板；
第三，通过立体车库的出入口，由外向内挖掘泥土，挖掘至负一层车库地面深度；
第四，立体车库的顶部混凝土轻钢桁架板的混凝土达到设计强度后，在其顶部恢复绿化或公共设施；
第五，按第二步的方法，在钢筋混凝土承载桩之间及与钢筋混凝土立柱桩之间焊接钢结构主梁及支梁，在钢结构主梁和钢结构支梁上焊接作为立体车库负一层底板的混凝土轻钢桁架板，再浇筑轻钢桁架板及出入口的地面上的混凝土；
第六，通过立体车库的出入口，由外向内挖掘泥土，挖掘至负二层车库底板梁的深度；
第七，施工负二层与负一层之间的通道；
第八，施工基坑底的抗浮桩；
第九，施工钢筋混凝土立柱桩与钢筋混凝土承载桩之间的混凝土底板梁及底板；
第十，施工水井、载人电梯井；
第十一，进行各层的外墙防水施工，及安装载人电梯和照明设施。
以上所述，仅为本实用新型较佳的具体实施方式，但本实用新型保护范围并不局限于此，例如在立体车库内采用其他材质设置多层结构，都涵盖在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

1.一种城市地下空间立体车库，其特征在于：所述立体车库外墙及进出通道由混凝土咬合桩（13）围成，所述混凝土咬合桩（13）顶部设置有冠梁（5），所述混凝土咬合桩（13）由钢筋混凝土承载桩（2）、素混凝土止水桩（3）、钢筋混凝土支护桩（4）咬合形成，所述立体车库内部均匀分布有钢筋混凝土立柱桩（1），所述钢筋混凝土承载桩（2）外围设置有连接钢筒一（11），钢筋混凝土立柱桩（1）外围设置有连接钢筒二（14），所述钢筋混凝土立柱桩（1）顶部的连接钢筒二（14）之间及与钢筋混凝土承载桩（2）顶部的连接钢筒一（11）之间设置有钢结构主梁（8），所述钢结构主梁（8）上侧面设置有钢结构支梁（7），所述钢结构主梁（8）和钢结构支梁（7）上设置有顶部混凝土轻钢桁架板（6）；所述钢筋混凝土承载桩（2）下部的连接钢筒一（11）和钢筋混凝土立柱桩（1）下部的连接钢筒二（14）之间设置有钢筋混凝土底板（10），所述钢筋混凝土底板（10）下部的钢筋混凝土立柱桩（1）与钢筋混凝土承载桩（2）之间设置有混凝土底板梁（12），所述钢筋混凝土底板（10）底部设置有格栅式抗浮桩（9）。
