目前传送用输送带并不是用于高湿环境,易于生锈腐蚀,抗腐蚀以热镀锌等表面处理来实施。于密闭高湿环境时如需传送物品经常因为腐蚀问题而耐用度有限。

为解决现有技术的不足,本实用新型的目的在于,提供一种防腐蚀输送带结构,耐用度大大提升且易于保养。
本实用新型的技术方案为:一种防腐蚀输送带结构,包括横向支柱和纵向支柱,其特征是,所述横向支柱上设有齿盘,所述齿盘的材质为铁弗龙塑料,所述齿盘上设有与齿盘相啮合的链条,所述链条的材质也为铁弗龙塑料;所述链条上连接有传动棒,形成主动力结构,所述传动棒为阳极硬化的铝棒;所述横向支柱的端部设有皮带轮,所述皮带轮上连接有皮带。

如图1所示,一种防腐蚀输送带结构,包括横向支柱1和纵向支柱2,所述横向支柱1为铝棒,所述铝棒外套塑料管。所述横向支柱1上设有齿盘3,所述齿盘3的材质为铁弗龙塑料,所述齿盘3上设有与齿盘3相啮合的链条4,所述链条4的材质也为铁弗龙塑料。所述链条4上连接有传动棒5,形成主动力结构,所述传动棒5为阳极硬化的铝棒。所述横向支柱1的端部设有皮带轮6,所述皮带轮6的材质为尼龙。所述皮带轮6上连接有皮带7,所述皮带轮6通过电机8驱动。
本实用新型是将整个链条结构改为铁弗龙塑料,并将所有横向支柱改为铝棒外套塑料管,齿盘亦改为铁弗龙材料,因此不需特别润滑即可,对于主动力结构的传动棒则以阳极硬化的铝棒制作,固结构上对于湿度非忍受能立即高,且湿度能使其润滑加大,小的横向支柱则以铝棒达到轻量化,其传动阻力最小,每跟支柱端部设尼龙轮,使成载重量均匀。
