技术领域

背景技术
[0002]工业锅炉一般都以煤炭为燃料,燃煤烟气中含有大量微尘颗粒、二氧化硫,氧化氮和炭黑等有毒气体和污染物,一般情况下都严重超过国家《锅炉大气污染排放标准》所规定的上限。为解决锅炉烟气排放严重超标的问题,一般都在烟气排放前采用净化塔进行净化处理,使之符合国家《锅炉大气污染排放标准》。目前净化塔的内部结构一般包括喷淋装置和净化装置,净化装置一般采用除雾器,除雾器设于喷淋装置的上方,喷淋装置用于喷洒碱性溶液,如氧化镁吸收法中,喷淋装置喷洒氢氧化镁溶液,使烟气中的二氧化硫与氢氧化镁发生反应而生成亚硫酸镁,而除雾器则除去烟气中的水雾,对烟气进一步净化。但是,由于经过喷淋装置的烟气中仍存在不少微尘颗粒、二氧化硫以及其它有害气体,这些除雾器无法进一步清除,导致通过净化塔顶部烟囱排放的烟气仍旧很难达到国家《锅炉大气污染排放标准》。
发明内容

[0004]为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种喷淋喷射塔,包括烟气进口、烟气出口和塔体,塔体分为上仓、中仓和下仓,各仓室间有密封甲板隔开,位于上仓与中仓间的密封甲板称为上甲板,位于下仓与中仓间的密封甲板称为称为下甲板,上仓内设有机械除雾器、湿式电除雾器,上仓顶部设有烟气出口,烟气进口设置于塔体一侧并与中仓连通连接,总进烟管道与所述烟气进口连通连接,下仓内设有喷射器,其底部设有吸收剂浆液池,各喷射器上端进烟口与下甲板焊接,且进烟口与中仓连通连接,其下端分别插入吸收剂浆液池的液面下方,各喷射器之间设有上升烟道,且上升烟道贯穿中仓,其上端与上甲板焊接,其通道与上仓连通,其下端与下甲板焊接,其通道与位于吸收剂浆液池的液面上方的腔体连通,喷射器的下部径向设有若干烟气喷射口,各烟气喷射口内均设置有出烟气喷嘴。

[0013]本实用新型与背景技术相比,具有结构合理,能够对排出的烟气作进一步的净化,达到国家排放标准,起到保护环境的目的;并且采用了上述的方案,需净化的烟气首先进入喷淋散射塔的中仓,并通过喷淋装置将烟气温度降到利于化学反应的温度,完成对细颗粒物的初步捕集及对烟气的初步脱硫和脱硝,同时将烟气均匀地分配到多个散射器内,散射器安装在中仓的底部并与下仓连通,且插入下仓的吸收剂浆液池中;烟气从中仓通过散射器直接钻入到下仓的吸收剂浆液池中,并以细小气泡的形式经过吸收剂浆液池向上浮涌,在烟气浮涌的过程中完成了烟气的深度净化,即对烟气的精细除尘和深度脱硫和脱硝;烟气通过上升烟道进入上仓,经气溶胶及逸氨拦截装置和除雾器,以去除盐雾、PM2.5以下的大气污染物和烟气中夹带的水分后,洁净的烟气从烟气出口排入大气;各喷射器下端的各烟气喷射口内均设置有出烟气喷嘴,且该喷嘴内设有先收缩而后逐渐扩大的管道,则经过该管道的烟尘可以增加流速及单位面积流量,使其能充分地喷入吸收剂浆液池并形成大量细小气泡;喷射器、下甲板、上升烟道、上甲板之间的连接合理,在具体制作时,更加方便、快捷;进烟管内设有先收缩而后逐渐扩大的管道,其目的同样是为了增加经过该管道的烟气流速或流量。

[0017]实施例1:参照图1〜3。一种喷淋喷射塔,包括总进烟管道、烟气进口 A、烟气出口 B和塔体2,塔体2分为上仓21、中仓22和下仓23,各仓室间有密封甲板隔开,位于上仓23与中仓22间的密封甲板称为上甲板10,位于下仓23与中仓22间的密封甲板称为称为下甲板7,上仓21内设有机械除雾器12、湿式电除雾器11,机械除雾器12、湿式电除雾器11,属于现有技术制作领域,在此不作详述。上仓21顶部设有烟气出口 B,烟气进口 A设置于塔体2—侧并与中仓22连通连接,总进烟管道与所述烟气进口 A连通连接,下仓23内设有喷射器5,其底部设有吸收剂浆液池3,各喷射器5上端进烟口与下甲板7焊接,且进烟口与中仓22连通连接,其下端分别插入吸收剂浆液池3的液面下方,各喷射器5之间设有上升烟道6,且上升烟道6贯穿中仓22,其上端与上甲板10焊接,其通道与上仓21连通,其下端与下甲板7焊接,其通道与位于吸收剂浆液池3的液面上方的腔体连通,喷射器5的下部径向设有若干烟气喷射口 51,各烟气喷射口 51内均设置有出烟气喷嘴13。所述出烟气喷嘴13内设有先收缩而后逐渐扩大的管道131,其径向卡接于所述烟气喷射口51内。各喷射器5管道内设有导流器14。总进烟管道通过进烟管I与烟气进口 A连通连接,所述进烟管I内设有先收缩而后逐渐扩大的管道。所述中仓22内设有喷淋装置8,喷淋装置8包括喷淋管81,喷淋管81设置于所述喷射器5的上端烟口相对的中仓22顶部位置。各喷射器5下方吸收浆液3液位以下位置设有防波板4。防波板4为平板结构,各喷射器5的下端贯穿防波板4,且设置于喷射器5下部的各个出烟气喷嘴13均位于所述防波板4的下侧,防波板4上的其余位置开设有若干小孔41。各上升烟道6内设管道除雾器15,各上升烟道6的上端烟口设有促使烟气径向排出的挡帽16。上仓21内湿式电除雾器11与中仓22之间的腔内设有气溶胶及逸氨拦截装置17。所述喷射器5由PP材料制成,所述出烟气喷嘴13采用据聚碳酸酯材料制成。

1.一种喷淋喷射塔,包括烟气进口、烟气出口和塔体,塔体分为上仓、中仓和下仓,各仓室间有密封甲板隔开,位于上仓与中仓间的密封甲板称为上甲板,位于下仓与中仓间的密封甲板称为称为下甲板,其特征是:上仓内设有机械除雾器、湿式电除雾器,上仓顶部设有烟气出口,烟气进口设置于塔体一侧并与中仓连通连接,总进烟管道与所述烟气进口连通连接,下仓内设有喷射器,其底部设有吸收剂浆液池,各喷射器上端进烟口与下甲板焊接,且进烟口与中仓连通连接,其下端分别插入吸收剂浆液池的液面下方,各喷射器之间设有上升烟道,且上升烟道贯穿中仓,其上端与上甲板焊接,其通道与上仓连通,其下端与下甲板焊接,其通道与位于吸收剂浆液池3的液面上方的腔体连通,喷射器的下部径向设有若干烟气喷射口,各烟气喷射口内均设置有出烟气喷嘴。
2.根据权利要求1所述的喷淋喷射塔,其特征是:所述出烟气喷嘴内设有先收缩而后逐渐扩大的管道,其径向卡接于所述烟气喷射口内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的喷淋喷射塔,其特征是:各喷射器管道内设有导流器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的喷淋喷射塔,其特征是:总进烟管道通过进烟管与烟气进口连通连接,所述进烟管内设有先收缩而后逐渐扩大的管道。
5.根据权利要求1所述的喷淋喷射塔,其特征是:所述中仓内设有喷淋装置,喷淋装置包括喷淋管,喷淋管设置于所述喷射器的上端烟口相对的中仓顶部位置。
6.根据权利要求1所述的喷淋喷射塔,其特征是:各喷射器下方吸收浆液液位以下位置设有防波板。
7.根据权利要求1所述的喷淋喷射塔,其特征是:防波板为平板结构,各喷射器的下端贯穿防波板,且设置于喷射器下部的各个喷嘴均位于所述防波板的下侧,防波板上的其余位置开设有若干小孔。
8.根据权利要求1所述的喷淋喷射塔,其特征是:各上升烟道内设管道除雾器,各上升烟道的上端烟口设有促使烟气径向排出的挡帽。
