本实用新型一种散热型锂离子电池,涉及电池制备领域,具体涉及锂离子电池制造领域,其特征在于:所述的外壳呈椭圆柱状,外壳设有与内壳外形大小匹配的内腔,所述的内壳呈椭圆柱状,外壳与内壳之间设有电芯,电芯的顶部或底部设有正负电极和安全阀,所述的电芯包括有正极片、隔离膜、负极片组成,由多块正极片、隔离膜、负极片采用卷绕方式排列,隔离膜位于相邻的正极片、负极片之间,把正极片、负极片隔开,外壳的左右两端设有连接柱,所述的外壳(1)表层和内壳里层各覆盖有散热材料。本实用新型不但解决了目前大容量锂离子电池散热性能差等缺陷,提供了具有散热性能好,循环寿命长及组成模块简单的锂离子电池。

背景技术
锂离子电池是近几年发展起来的一种新型储能电池,并以其循环寿命好、环境友好、价格低廉等优点而受到人们的关注,并应用于电动汽车、储能领域及其数码电子等方向,但是目前市场上所用的锂离子电池大多属于小容量电池(≤20Ah),其在进行大倍率充放电过程中散热性能较小,对电池影响不明显,而对于大容量锂离子电池(≥20Ah),由于进行大倍率(≥10C)以上的充放电会产生较大的热量,并储存于电池内部较难散热出去,严重影响电池的内部热量分布,并对极片材料结构、电解液造成严重影响,并影响到锂离子电池的循环性能及其倍率性能,由于热量得不到及时散热出去,会造成锂离子电池性能的严重恶化,降低锂离子电池的使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型公开了一种散热型锂离子电池,不但解决了目前大容量锂离子电池散热性能差等缺陷,提供了具有散热性能好,循环寿命长及组成模块简单的锂离子电池。
本实用新型包括有:外壳1和内壳2,所述的外壳1呈椭圆柱状,外壳1设有与内壳2外形大小匹配的内腔,所述的内壳2呈椭圆柱状,外壳1与内壳2之间设有电芯3,电芯3的顶部或底部设有正负电极4和安全阀5,所述的电芯3包括有正极片、隔离膜、负极片组成,由多块正极片、隔离膜、负极片采用卷绕方式排列,隔离膜位于相邻的正极片、负极片之间,把正极片、负极片隔开,外壳1的左右两端设有连接柱6,所述的外壳1表层和内壳2里层各覆盖有散热材料。
有益效果
采用椭圆型电池结构设计,并呈现椭圆环形结构,其电池在大倍率条件下产生的热量可以通过内环和外壳1的散热材料及时排向外部,提高其散热性能;并且外壳1表层和内壳2里层各覆盖有散热材料,不但散热性能优越,而且循环寿命长及简化了锂离子电池组成模块。
锂离子电池的正负极极柱位于电池短上下两端,可以提高其电池的快速散热性能,而位于左右两端的连接柱6则有利于锂离子电池组成模块,提高其电池利用率并提供其锂离子电池的能量密度,解决了目前大容量锂离子电池散热性能差等缺陷。

如图1所示,一种散热型锂离子电池,本实用新型包括包括有:外壳1和内壳2,所述的外壳1呈椭圆柱状,外壳1设有与内壳2外形大小匹配的内腔,所述的内壳2呈椭圆柱状,外壳1与内壳2之间设有电芯3,电芯3的顶部或底部设有正负电极4和安全阀5,提高电池的安全性能,所述的电芯3包括有正极片、隔离膜、负极片组成,由多块正极片、隔离膜、负极片采用卷绕方式排列,隔离膜位于相邻的正极片、负极片之间,把正极片、负极片隔开,增大了锂离子电池的散热性能,外壳1的左右两端设有连接柱6,所述的外壳1表层和内壳2里层各覆盖有散热材料。
有益效果
采用椭圆型电池结构设计,并呈现椭圆环形结构,其电池在大倍率条件下产生的热量可以通过内环和外壳1的散热材料及时排向外部,提高其散热性能;并且外壳1表层和内壳2里层各覆盖有散热材料,不但散热性能优越,而且循环寿命长及简化了锂离子电池组成模块。
锂离子电池的正负极极柱位于电池短上下两端,可以提高其电池的快速散热性能,而位于左右两端的连接柱6则有利于锂离子电池组成模块,提高其电池利用率并提供其锂离子电池的能量密度,解决了目前大容量锂离子电池散热性能差等缺陷。
