背景技术
FU链式输送机在化工、建材、煤炭和粮食行业中广泛用于输送粉状、小颗粒状及小块状物料，在实际应用中，上游设备（如皮带机）供料状态不稳定时，输送机的输送量随着上游设备波动而波动。当上游设备输送量超过输送机最大输送量产生链条拉断等严重故障。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种.输送量调控装置，使其在所需的输送量状态下稳定工作，当输送量超出时，能及时报警，以避免堵料故障发生。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：
一种FU链式输送机输送量调控装置，包括有机壳、安装在机壳内的链式输送机构和设置于机壳后部的进料口，其特征在于：所述机壳内的两侧内壁上在所述进料口的前方分别安装有料位器，所述的料位器外接报警电路；所述机壳内的顶部在所述料位器的前方安装有挡料机构，所述的挡料机构包括有转动安装在所述机壳内的转轴和固定连接在所述转轴底部的闸板。
所述的FU链式输送机输送量调控装置，其特征在于：所述料位器与所述挡料机构之间的间距为400mm。
所述的FU链式输送机输送量调控装置，其特征在于：所述转轴的一端从所述的机壳内延伸出，并固定连接有手柄。
所述料位器的型号为LFB-II，系料压继电性质。当物料堆积到料位器的控制范围时，物料产生的侧压力压动料位器端盖上的薄膜，经内部机构作用微动开关动作，从而接通报警电路，实现报警。系统将上游设备的输送量调小，当料位下降时，物料产生的侧压力失去，料位器复位，系统正常工作。所述的料位器还可与中央控制系统对接。
所述的挡料机构设有高、低两个固定位置，根据物料特性和输送量大小选择适合位置，当位置确定后，通过链式输送机的料层高度就是一定的，从而输送量也是一定的。当上游设备的输送量超过链式输送机的输送量时，物料集积在闸板的后方。

参见附图，一种FU链式输送机输送量调控装置，包括有机壳1、安装在机壳1内的链式输送机构2和设置于机壳1后部的进料口3，机壳1内的两侧内壁上在进料口3的前方分别安装有料位器4，料位器4外接报警电路；机壳1内的顶部在料位器4的前方安装有挡料机构5，挡料机构5包括有转动安装在机壳1内的转轴6和固定连接在转轴6底部的闸板7。
本实用新型中，料位器4与挡料机构5之间的间距为400mm。
转轴6的一端从机壳1内延伸出，并固定连接有手柄8。
挡料机构5设有高低两个固定位置，根据物料9的特性和所需输送量大小，选择适合位置，通过转动手柄8，还可以调节挡料机构5的偏转角度。挡料机构5的位置确定后，通过链式输送机的料层高度就确定了，从而输送量也就确定了。当上游设备的输送量超过链式输送机的最大输送量时，物料9被闸板7挡住，从而集积在闸板7后方。当物料9集积到一定高度，物料9产生的侧压力压在料位器4端部的薄膜上，经内部结构作用微开关动作从而接通报警电路，实现报警；当料位下降时，物料9产生的侧压力消失，料位器4自动复位，系统正常工作。

1.一种FU链式输送机输送量调控装置，包括有机壳、安装在机壳内的链式输送机构和设置于机壳后部的进料口，其特征在于：所述机壳内的两侧内壁上在所述进料口的前方分别安装有料位器，所述的料位器外接报警电路；所述机壳内的顶部在所述料位器的前方安装有挡料机构，所述的挡料机构包括有转动安装在所述机壳内的转轴和固定连接在所述转轴底部的闸板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的FU链式输送机输送量调控装置，其特征在于：所述料位器与所述挡料机构之间的间距为400mm。
