本实用新型涉及定型耐火制品设备技术领域，尤其涉及一种三通分料器。
背景技术
目前，定型耐火制品所需的原料须经破粉碎设备将大块物料破碎后，经过筛分将符合工艺要求的粒度料及粉料送至指定的料仓，共配混料工序称取使用。为了使制品的颗粒组成能够达到合理的配比，通常采用三级配料的工艺。也就是将物料的颗粒粒径筛分成三个等级，筛分后的分级物料须经溜料管输送至指定的料仓，而人工混料效率低、精确度低。

本实用新型主要解决现有技术的人工混料效率低、精确度低的技术问题，提出一种三通分料器，以达到提高分料的精确性和可靠性的目的。
本实用新型提供了一种三通分料器，所述三通分料器1，并列设置三个进料仓2，每个进料仓2的入料口分别与振动筛7的三层出料口连通；进料仓2内通过转轴4设置分料内筒3，分料内筒3可绕转轴4摆动，进料仓2底部设置溜料管5，溜料管5的出料口与料仓8的其中一个分料仓连通。
优选的，所述溜料管5上设置阻料板6。
本实用新型的三通分料器可同时为料仓分料，使生产原料组织更灵活，满足配料称取的需要。

请参考图1至图3，本实施例由三个三通分料器1组成一个配料装置，每个三通分料器1并列设置三个进料仓2，每个进料仓2的入料口分别与振动筛7的三层出料口连通；进料仓2内通过转轴4设置分料内筒3，分料内筒3可绕转轴4摆动，进料仓2底部设置溜料管5，溜料管5的出料口与料仓8的其中一个分料仓连通；所述料仓8设置九个粉料仓，呈九宫格排列；所述溜料管5上设置阻料板6。

1.一种三通分料器，其特征在于，所述三通分料器(1)并列设置三个进料仓(2)，每个进料仓(2)的入料口分别与振动筛(7)的三层出料口连通；进料仓(2)内通过转轴(4)设置分料内筒(3)，分料内筒(3)可绕转轴(4)摆动，进料仓(2)底部设置溜料管(5)，溜料管(5)的出料口与料仓(8)的其中一个分料仓连通。
