套接组合成型工艺竹碗是直接利用竹材本身具有的大、小不同的口径，由多节口径不同的竹段和竹板加工套接组合车削成型。使产品既在外观上保持竹材所特有的自然纹理而使其具有工艺的价值，又可直接作为日常使用的餐具。并具有加工简单，价值高的优点。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种竹丝编织成形竹碗。
现有以竹材为原料加工制成的碗，主要是采用竹丝编织成形的工艺品，其用途是作为工艺品供人们观赏，在实用上只适应盛装些干的物品，主要是由于编织成形工艺的竹碗，由于密封程度差等原因，故不能用来直接作为餐具使用。
本实用新型设计的，是一种既有观赏价值而又能直接作为餐具使用的竹碗。其主要特点是利用竹材本身具有的大、小不同的口径，经车削、套接组合成形。
附图所示的是这种套接组合成形的剖视结构。
以下结合附图说明其结构。
碗体（1）是由多节口径大、小不同的竹段车削成可相互套接组合的坯料套接后再车削成形。碗底（2）是用一块竹板车削而成，组合缝（3）采用过盈组合并用无毒、无味、耐热、透明的生漆作为粘合剂。碗的内、外表面均用透明生漆经脱胎工艺涂饰，使其既有漆模保护又能显示出竹材的自然纹理。
本实用新型与现有的竹编产品相比，在同样可作为工艺品具有观赏价值的同时，还具有与日用餐具的使用功能，并可采用机械化大批量生产。竹源丰富，成本低，价值高，同样的结构；还可用于竹碟，茶杯等产品生产。

1、一种工艺竹碗，其特征是由碗体(1)、碗底(2)套接组合成形。
2、根据权利要求1的工艺竹碗，其特征是碗体（1）是由多节口径大、小不同的竹段车削和套接组合成形。
3、根据权利要求1的工艺竹碗，其特征是碗体（1）与碗体（2）的套接组合均采用过盈配合并用生漆作为粘合剂。
