[0002]目前城市小河道治理,在全面建设污水处理厂,解决了雨污分流问题之后,多采用建造人工拦河坝,抬高河床水位方法,上级池塘雨水满溢,越过人工拦河坝,以瀑布形式进入下级池塘,水域内栽植鸢尾、美人蕉等湿地净水植物用以净水。该方式对雨水快速自我净化能力有限,容易造成城市小河道污水面积较大,影响景观效果,且对雨水收集使用也有较大限制,尤其值得注意的是,由于城市面源污染,雨水中的污染因子较多,水质并不达标,其在河道中的直接下渗,将造成地下水水质下降的严重后果。由此可见,在建设生态型城市的今天,在建海绵城市的国策背景下,急需一种快速自我净化城市河道雨水的系统。

[0021]本实用新型的一种城市小河道雨水快速自我净化组合坝系统有益效果为:河道上游来水,由于流域面源污染,一般为雨污混杂,含有多种超标的污染因子。经过本实用新型的组合坝系统时,雨水将以表面流、水平潜流和垂直潜流三种方式,在该处自我净化后下泄。由于城市河道较长,可设若干座上述人工拦河坝,水体将很快实现自我净化。
[0022]本实用新型的其微观机理是:“人工湿地是三个相互依存要素的组合体,即土壤。植物和微生物。生殖在土壤层中的微生物(细菌和真菌)在有机物的去除中起主要作用,湿地净水植物的根系将氧气带入周围的土壤,……,大部分有机物的去除是靠土壤微生物,但是重金属可通过土壤、植物作用降低浓度。”(摘自:《人工湿地污水处理技术》.尹军崔玉波编著.化学工业出版社),本技术所采用的方案是使污水先通过栽植的湿地净水植物的蓄水池塘,以表面流形式净化污水,之后经过栽植湿地净水植物的人工土坝,以好氧和厌氧两种方式,由微生物参与净水过程,经过人工土坝上层的水进入钢铁工业高炉渣下渗,上部预留的曝气沟带入氧气,微生物继续净水作用,上下层水通过石子滤水层后,由H型PE管收集,穿越人工拦河坝,上涌到坝后清水池,满溢后下泄,进入下一池塘。上述作用,将会使水中的SS、C0D、B0D、氨氮、重金属等常见污染物的浓度显著下降,水质获得有效提升。
[0023]为防止枯丰水期的影响,坝身设置控流阀门,水的流量和流速受到人为干预,保证景观水位;人工拦河坝高度控制在防洪要求内,不宜过高;为防止堵塞,坝身设置反冲管,连接H型PE管,用来保证管道畅通;水域内撒播土著种小鱼、虾等动物,控制昆虫孽生,形成自然生物链。
[0024]本实用新型与现有技术相比的优点:
[0025] 1.河道短距离自我净化。自然河道具有的自净能力,主要是依靠沉降和氧化-还原过程和河底厌氧状态的硝化-反硝化过程,需要距离长,即使栽植湿地净水植物,仍难在短距离内解决污水面积大的问题。本方法采用延长过滤空间的水平+U型垂直过滤方式,迅速缩短污水河道长度,扩大河道内达标水体面积。
[0026] 2.河道景观改善。现有河道面貌单调枯燥,很多不具备生态景观意义。本方法使用湿地生物净水技术,河道出现绿植、花束和游鱼,将有效改善河道生态面貌,呈现自然和谐的生态景观。
[0027] 3.无额外能源投入。现有雨水净化方法,有时需要投入水栗等额外设备,有能源输入消耗,甚至还要占地。本方法使用重力流方式净水,无需额外用能,充分使用河道原有面积,向竖向空间发展,不额外占用土地。根据实际情况,过滤带长度可在垂直范围内自由设

[0028] 4.有利于节约用水。现在很多雨水排入自然水体流走,缺水的城市没有条件对其充分使用。建设“海绵城市”是将雨水截流渗入地下,抬高地下水位,使用时再用栗抽出,消耗很多能源,而且未经处理的地表雨水会使地下水水质下降。本方法可在短距离内实现水质的快速改善,为河道下游直接取用创造条件,并在雨水下渗前先进行一次深度水处理,可实现雨水的二次使用。
[0029]另外,本实用新型使用钢铁工业高炉渣这一工业材料,价格低、效果佳。

[0036]本实用新型的一种城市小河道雨水快速自我净化组合坝系统,在小河道15内设立一组以上的城市小河道雨水快速自我净化组合坝,包括以下步骤:
[0037] (I)组合坝包括横跨小河道15的石砌拦河坝,拦河坝下方设置有基坑,拦河坝由位于基坑内的拦河坝基础7和拦河坝基础7之上的拦河坝坝体10组成;拦河坝用于截流河水,使上下游蓄水池塘产生水位差压力
[0038] (2)在拦河坝基础7底部,敷设H型PE管8,H型PE管8包括两根相互平行的过水管和一根位于两根过水管之间且与过水管垂直的横管,两根过水管位于拦河坝基础7外缘两侧且横穿拦河坝基础7前后,通过H型PE管8,水路贯通拦河坝上下游;
[0039] ( 3)拦河坝上游基坑由下到上依次回填粗粒径石子层4、钢铁工业高炉渣混配小粒径石子层3,形成过滤层;
[0040] (4)基坑外缘修筑钢铁工业高炉渣混配小石子的过滤坝2,过滤坝2坝顶稍低于拦河坝坝体10顶部;
[0041] (5)过滤坝2与拦河坝之间的凹陷处铺设高炉渣6,高炉渣6顶部低于过滤坝2坝体顶部300毫米,形成曝气沟5;
[0042] (6)拦河坝下游基坑回填粗粒径石子12;
[0043] (7)拦河坝下游基坑外缘砌筑矮石坝13,矮石坝13与拦河坝之间形成清水池11;清水池11是拦河坝下游,收集涌水用的水池,用于在满溢瀑布下泻时,补充下级池塘溶解氧含量;
[0044] (8)过滤坝2前依自然地势(即河道坡度方向),河道形成蓄水池塘I。
[0045]其中,过滤坝2所在位置形成水平潜流区16,过滤坝2与拦河坝之间形成垂直潜流区17。
[0046]在拦河坝基础7和拦河坝坝体10竖向中央位置,设置有底部连通H型PE管8横管的竖向反冲洗管道9和控流阀门,竖向反冲洗管道9顶部高出拦河坝坝体10顶部表面。以备冲洗H型PE管8,防止管道淤堵,阀门用来控制河水流速、流量,枯丰季节对池塘水位进行人工干预。
[0047]所述小河道15指宽度在15〜25米之间的城市狭窄河道。
[0048] 在蓄水池塘I中种植湿地净水植物,过滤坝上和清水池泄水处密集栽植湿地净水植物,所述的湿地净水植物为低矮挺水植物和/或浮生湿地净水植物。
[0049]蓄水池塘I中播撒土著种鱼苗和虾类,以控制昆虫孽生。
[0050]所述的拦河坝设置于于小河道15坡度变化显著处,并保证下游池塘充盈在一定水位高度。
[0051]本方法在河道内建多级城市小河道雨水快速自我净化组合坝系统,出现多级贯序蓄水池塘I;湿地净水植物指鸢尾、灯芯草、菖蒲、莲、睡莲、水葫芦等低矮挺水型和浮生型水生植物,散布栽植在蓄水池塘I内,而密集种植在过滤坝2处和清水池11泄水处。
Claims (5)
1.一种城市小河道雨水快速自我净化组合坝系统,其特征在于,小河道内设立一组以上的城市小河道雨水快速自我净化组合坝; 城市小河道雨水快速自我净化组合坝包括横跨小河道的石砌拦河坝,拦河坝下方设置有基坑,拦河坝由位于基坑内的拦河坝基础和拦河坝基础之上的拦河坝坝体组成; 在拦河坝基础底部,敷设H型PE管,H型PE管包括两根相互平行的过水管和一根位于两根过水管之间且与过水管垂直的横管,两根过水管位于拦河坝基础外缘两侧且横穿拦河坝基础前后,通过H型PE管,水路贯通拦河坝上下游; 拦河坝上游基坑由下到上依次回填粗粒径石子层、钢铁工业高炉渣混配小粒径石子层,形成过滤层; 基坑外缘修筑钢铁工业高炉渣混配小石子的过滤坝,过滤坝坝顶稍低于拦河坝坝体顶部; 过滤坝与拦河坝之间的凹陷处铺设高炉渣,高炉渣顶部低于过滤坝坝体顶部,形成曝气沟; 拦河坝下游基坑回填粗粒径石子; 拦河坝下游基坑外缘砌筑矮石坝,矮石坝与拦河坝之间形成清水池; 过滤坝前依自然地势即河道坡度方向,河道形成蓄水池塘; 其中,过滤坝所在位置形成水平潜流区,过滤坝与拦河坝之间形成垂直潜流区。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种城市小河道雨水快速自我净化组合坝系统,其特征在于,在拦河坝基础和拦河坝坝体竖向中央位置,设置有底部连通PE管横管的竖向反冲洗管道和控流阀门,竖向反冲洗管道顶部高出坝体顶部表面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种城市小河道雨水快速自我净化组合坝系统,其特征在于,所述小河道指宽度在15〜25米之间的城市狭窄河道。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种城市小河道雨水快速自我净化组合坝系统,其特征在于,过滤坝上和蓄水池塘中栽植湿地净水植物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种城市小河道雨水快速自我净化组合坝系统,其特征在于,高炉渣顶部低于过滤坝坝体顶部300毫米。
