技术领域本实用新型属于塑料管材冷却技术领域，涉及一种塑料管材冷却装置。
背景技术现有技术埋于地下的给水、排水所用的大口径塑料管材经热塑成型加工而成，塑料管材从热塑机内成型后输出，经过冷却后再进行裁切，冷却的目的是加快增加塑料管材的强度、裁切时防止发生形变及裁切后避免工人搬运时烫伤。目前，冷却采用水冷的方式，在塑料管材的上方设置一个喷头，下方设置一道通往下水道的沟槽，通过喷头喷淋水进行降温冷却。由于只有一个喷头设在塑料管材上方，这种方式存在冷却不均匀的缺陷，管材冷却不均匀收缩不一致，产生形变，而且喷淋水使用一次就全部排掉，浪费严重。
发明内容本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术冷却不均匀、水资源浪费严重的技术问题，提供一种塑料管材冷却装置，以克服现有技术的不足。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型一种塑料管材冷却装置，它包括塑料管材，其要点是所述塑料管材从热塑机内成型输出后进入冷却箱；所述冷却箱内设有喷淋管；所述喷淋管有两根，分别位于塑料管材的上下两侧；所述喷淋管上分别成对设置两排支管；所述每对支管分别伸向塑料管材两侧，支管上设有对准塑料管材的喷头；所述冷却箱的两侧设有玻璃视窗，底部设有出水口；所述出水口通过连接管与冷却水箱连接；所述冷却水箱的另一端与储水槽连接；所述储水槽上设有上水管；所述上水管上设有水泵，另一端与喷淋管连接。
作为进一步改进，所述冷却箱的出水口和上水管的进水口分别设有滤网。
作为进一步改进，所述冷却水箱上设有散热风扇。

本实用新型结构设计合理、使用方便，通过多对喷头从多个方向喷淋降温，降温均匀，而且采用循环水不会产生浪费。有效解决了现有技术冷却不均匀、水资源浪费严重的技术问题。

所述冷却箱的出水口8和上水管的进水口分别设有滤网，可以防止冷却水箱和喷头进入杂质发生堵塞。
所述冷却水箱上设有散热风扇，可以加强散热效果。
所述每根喷淋管上设有10-100对支管。
工作时，塑料管材在冷却箱内行走，喷头从四个方向对塑料管材进行降温冷却，冷却均匀，冷却效果好。冷却后的热水经过冷却水箱降温后进入储水槽重新利用，不会产生浪费。有效解决了现有技术冷却不均匀、水资源浪费严重的技术问题。
