Abstract

一种铁塔整体位移用平移滑板,由钢板1与两条钢条2焊接在一起组成。钢板1规格为450×450×10mm,在其一面焊接450×50×10mm钢条2共两条,并在钢板1四角按塔脚的地脚螺栓的间距钻螺栓连接孔,以便滑板与塔脚连接。并在钢板一侧边钻两个牵引孔,以利于通过牵引装置使其移动。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及输电铁塔整体移位时使用的平移滑板,针对部分输电线路因特殊情况无法拆卸铁塔,需要铁塔整体移位施工而采用的平移装置。
背景技术
在输电线路运行过程中,不可避免的会出现因地质问题导致的基础沉降、倾斜、偏移;因此需要在原线路中心线上重新设计并浇筑铁塔基础,将原铁塔平移到新基础上。但是在实际情况中存在原设计塔位地势狭窄,两侧跨越线路较多,无法实现铁塔拆卸后再组装,因此就需要对铁塔进行整体移位。本实用新型就是针对铁塔整体移位时使用的平移滑板。
发明内容
一种铁塔整体位移用平移滑板,由钢板1与两条钢条2焊接在一起组成。钢板1规格为450×450×10mm,在其一面焊接450×50×10mm钢条2共两条,并在钢板1四角按塔脚的地脚螺栓的间距钻螺栓连接孔,以便滑板与塔脚连接。并在钢板一侧边钻两个牵引孔,以利于通过牵引装置使其移动。

具体实施方式:
在千斤顶将塔脚顶起后,将钢条面朝下的平移滑板安装在铁塔塔脚上,螺栓连接孔与塔脚的螺栓孔对齐,通过螺栓连接并紧固。在平移滑板下置入钢轨,在滑板及钢轨上分别涂抹黄油,以减少滑板与钢轨间的摩擦。将牵引卸扣与牵引孔相连,通过牵引钢丝绳牵引铁塔在铁轨上移动。
