背景技术
在汽车天窗在各工序之间传送时,通常使用传动带进行传送,由于传动带长度有限,需要各条传动带进行对接,以达到连续传送的目的,在传动带与传动带对接的接头处存在缝隙,不能保证对接后的整条传动带形成一个完全平整的平面,因此天窗自动生产线各工序之间传送过程中,经常出现天窗在传送带上卡滞跳动的现象,降低了传送设备与自动定位工装的重复定位精度,在这种情况下不能完全实现自动化传送准确定位的功能,使设备的故障率增高,人工操作强度增加,降低了生产效率。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种天窗自动传送线对接装置,以解决现有天窗传送带对接处不平整,经常出现天窗在传送带上卡滞跳动现象的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是:导向箱上盖板与前盖固定连接后与导向箱扣接,导向轮一、导向轮二、从动轮一、同步带轮安装在导向箱内,导向轮二通过皮带与同步带轮连接,同步带轮通过皮带与导向轮一连接,短轴与轴承套接,同步带轮与轴承套接,防跳齿托架与导向箱的底部固定连接,张紧弹片安装在防跳齿托架上,张紧弹片与同步带轮接触连接,从动轮一通过皮带与导向轮一连接,防护挡块与导向箱固定连接,后盖与从动箱固定连接,从动轮一安装在导向箱的上端,从动轮二安装在从动箱的上端,过渡连接块位于从动轮一和从动轮二的上端,过渡连接块扣接在导向箱和从动箱相邻位置,传送带一与导向箱固定连接,传送带二与从动箱固定连接,过渡连接块与传送带一和传送带二的边缘压接。
本实用新型的优点在于:结构新颖,使两条传送带之间连接处无缝隙,传送天窗过程中运行平稳,无卡滞跳动现象发生,减少了故障率的发生,大大提高了传送的生产效率,降低了人工劳动强度,而且在较长的传送距离上不必使用大功率的传送带,节省资源的消耗,保证了集成在传送带上的其他工装工作状态不受干扰。

具体实施方式
导向箱上盖板1与前盖16固定连接后与导向箱2扣接,导向轮一5、导向轮二6、从动轮一7、同步带轮13安装在导向箱2内,导向轮二6通过皮带与同步带轮13连接,同步带轮13通过皮带与导向轮一5连接,短轴11与轴承12套接,同步带轮13与轴承12套接,防跳齿托架15与导向箱2的底部固定连接,张紧弹片14安装在防跳齿托架15上,张紧弹片14与同步带轮13接触连接,从动轮一7通过皮带与导向轮一5连接,防护挡块10与导向箱2固定连接,防止绕接在从动轮一7上的皮带串动,后盖4与从动箱3固定连接,从动轮一7安装在导向箱2的上端,从动轮二8安装在从动箱3的上端,过渡连接块9位于从动轮一7和从动轮二8的上端,过渡连接块9扣接在导向箱2和从动箱3相邻位置,传送带一17与导向箱2固定连接,传送带二18与从动箱3固定连接,过渡连接块9与传送带一17和传送带二18的边缘压接。
本实用新型应用在整体天窗自动生产线各工序传送带与传送带对接处,在两传送带之间缝隙上有过渡连接块,此过渡连接块两端数控加工与传送带相仿的弧形形状,直接盖在间隙上方,过渡连接块的上面为平面,与两端传送带的平面符合,将两端传送带之间的缝隙填平。此过渡连接块使用聚四氟乙烯材料加工而成,两端与传送带接触摩擦的部分不会对传送带面造成伤害,而且被传送的天窗在经过、过渡连接块上方时也会因为聚四氟乙烯材料耐磨顺滑的特性而不会产生卡滞现象,使零件平稳顺滑的传送到下一个工位。

1.一种天窗自动传送线对接结构,其特征在于:导向箱上盖板与前盖固定连接后与导向箱扣接,导向轮一、导向轮二、从动轮一、同步带轮安装在导向箱内,导向轮二通过皮带与同步带轮连接,同步带轮通过皮带与导向轮一连接,短轴与轴承套接,同步带轮与轴承套接,防跳齿托架与导向箱的底部固定连接,张紧弹片安装在防跳齿托架上,张紧弹片与同步带轮接触连接,从动轮一通过皮带与导向轮一连接,防护挡块与导向箱固定连接,后盖与从动箱固定连接,从动轮一安装在导向箱的上端,从动轮二安装在从动箱的上端,过渡连接块位于从动轮一和从动轮二的上端,过渡连接块扣接在导向箱和从动箱相邻位置,传送带一与导向箱固定连接,传送带二与从动箱固定连接,过渡连接块与传送带一和传送带二的边缘压接。
