技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种冷却装置，具体涉及一种石油焦煅烧后焦的冷却套装置。
背景技术
煅烧回转窑是目前煅烧石油焦的主要设备，其煅烧温度高达1350℃左右。在生产过程中，完成煅烧的煅后焦从窑头流槽排出时，其温度均在1000℃以上，其携带的热量是十分可观的。为了防止高温煅后焦在空气中氧化，从窑头流槽排出的高温煅后焦需要进行快速强制冷却。目前采用的冷却方法是：将高温煅后焦通过流槽导入回转冷却筒，并在冷却筒体外用冷却水进行喷淋，当煅后焦从冷却筒排出时。这种冷却方法具有以下几方面的缺点：1、由于冷却筒体外喷淋冷却水难以达到均匀，所以冷却效率低；3、在喷淋冷却过程中，由于大量冷却水蒸发散失掉，所以水消耗量大，不利于水资源的节约。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术存在的缺陷，提供一种石油焦煅烧后焦的冷却套装置。
其技术方案是：石油焦煅烧后焦的冷却套装置，包括设有空腔夹层的冷却套本体，所述冷却套本体的两端均设有连接用的法兰盘，冷却套本体下端外侧设有与空腔夹层相连通的冷水进口，冷却套本体上端外侧设有与空腔夹层相连通的蒸汽水出口；所述冷却套本体内腔壁上竖向设有U形管，U形管的一端连接在冷却套本体上端的内腔壁上，U形管的另一端连接在冷却套本体下端的内腔壁上，所述U形管的内腔与空腔夹层内腔相连通。
其中，U形管设为3—6根，均匀分布在冷却套本体的内腔壁上。所述U形管的外管直径为3—5厘米。
本实用新型与现有技术相比较，具有以下优点：设计合理、结构简单、实用性强。其对煅后焦的冷却均匀、冷却效果好、效率高、水消耗量小，有利于水资源的节约。

参照图1，一种石油焦煅烧后焦的冷却套装置，包括设有空腔夹层2的冷却套本体1，所述冷却套本体1的两端均设有连接用的法兰盘3，冷却套本体1下端外侧设有与空腔夹层2相连通的冷水进口4，冷却套本体1上端外侧设有与空腔夹层2相连通的蒸汽水出口5；所述冷却套本体1内腔壁上竖向设有U形管6，U形管6的一端连接在冷却套本体1上端的内腔壁上，U形管6的另一端连接在冷却套本体1下端的内腔壁上，所述U形管6的内腔与空腔夹层2内腔相连通。U形管6设为3—6根，均匀分布在冷却套本体1的内腔壁上。所述U形管6的外管直径为3—5厘米。
运行时，将本装置的上端连接窑头底部的流槽，本装置的下端设置排料设备，冷水进口4连接冷水管道，蒸汽水出口5连接蒸汽导出管道与外部并网，为企业的其它生产过程提供热源，然后进入冷却塔。完成煅烧的煅后焦，通过设在窑头底部的流槽，导入冷却套本体1的内腔。将冷水通过冷水进口4供入冷却套本体1的空腔夹层2内并流经U形管6。连续下排的高温煅后焦的热量间接加热空腔夹层2及U形管6中的冷水，同时也达到了冷却煅后焦的目的。经冷却后的煅后焦，以自流的形式下排到其下部所设的排料设备上，连续排出。
本实用新型设计合理、结构简单、实用性强。其对煅后焦的冷却均匀、冷却效果好、效率高、水消耗量小，有利于水资源的节约。
