背景技术
短纺时往往由于单纤维短，支数低，纤维抱合力差，所以纺纱难度大，纯纺困难。而且由于短纺罗拉的表面是平面机构，往往在牵伸时会打结，压纤甚至断线，大大影响后序工序的进行，影响生产效率和产品质量。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种结构简单、使用方便，可自动梳理纤维的表面开槽的短纺罗拉机构。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型所提供的技术方案为：一种短纺用的罗拉沟槽机构，它包括有工作台以及设置在工作台上的下罗拉，下罗拉上方设有上罗拉，上罗拉外周面上设有环形牵引槽，环形牵引槽位于上罗拉中部，环形牵引槽的宽度为0.3mm，深度为0.1mm，环形牵引槽的转角处均采用圆滑过渡，上罗拉顶部设有加压框，加压框位于最外侧的上罗拉顶部。
所述的上罗拉、下罗拉表面均包覆有罗拉皮圈，环形牵引槽位于罗拉皮圈表面。
本实用新型在采用上述方案后，短纺纤维在牵伸时会随着牵伸力进入环形牵引槽内，通过环形牵引槽导向输送，这样即可以防止打结，又可以防断线；本方案具有结构简单、操作方便、实用性高的优点。

下面结合所有附图对本实用新型作进一步说明，本实用新型的较佳实施例为：参见附图1和附图2，本实施例所述的短纺用的罗拉沟槽机构包括有工作台1以及设置在工作台1上的多组相互配合的下罗拉2和上罗拉3，上罗拉3外周面上设有环形牵引槽4，环形牵引槽4位于上罗拉3中部，环形牵引槽4的宽度为0.3mm，深度为0.1mm，环形牵引槽4的转角处均采用圆滑过渡。上罗拉3顶部设有加压框6，加压框6位于最外侧的上罗拉顶部，工作台1的输出端设有定刀，定刀上方设有动刀；在采用上述方案后，短纺纤维在牵伸时会随着牵伸力进入环形牵引槽内，通过环形牵引槽导向输送，这样即可以防止打结，又可以防断线，切后切口整齐度好。
还可以根据实际需要在上罗拉3、下罗拉2表面包覆罗拉皮圈5，环形牵引槽4位于罗拉皮圈5表面。

1.一种短纺用的罗拉沟槽机构，其特征在于：它包括有工作台（1）以及设置在工作台（1）上的下罗拉（2），下罗拉（2）上方设有上罗拉（3），上罗拉（3）外周面上设有环形牵引槽（4），环形牵引槽（4）位于上罗拉（3）中部，环形牵引槽（4）的宽度为0.3mm，深度为0.1mm，环形牵引槽（4）的转角处均采用圆滑过渡，上罗拉（3）顶部设有加压框（6），加压框（6）位于最外侧的上罗拉（3）顶部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种短纺用的罗拉沟槽机构，其特征在于：上罗拉（3）、下罗拉（2）表面均包覆有罗拉皮圈（5），环形牵引槽（4）位于罗拉皮圈（5）表面。
