在包装盒印刷时，所采用的电雕烫金版、电雕压纹板有着精细纹理和稠密的排版布局，在印刷中积压在纹理中的纸粉和异物很难被清除，造成板材使用率不高和生产质量不稳定，操作员对板材的普通清洗很难去除干净。

本申请要解决的主要技术问题是提供一种清洗方便、清洗干净的电雕烫金板、电雕压纹板超声波清洗装置。
为解决上述技术问题，本申请提出的技术方案是：
一种电雕烫金板、电雕压纹板超声波清洗装置，安装于电雕烫金板、电雕压纹板固定模具上方，包括密封框，密封框下端开口并与固定模具上表面密封形成清洗腔，在密封框中安装有一超声波发生器，在密封框上设置有清洗液回收组件。
其中，所述的清洗液回收组件包括一连通清洗腔的清洗管路，该清洗管路与外部负压发生装置连接
本实用新型采用超声波清洗的方式可在线对电雕烫金板、电雕压纹板进行清洗，与现有的手工清洗相比，清洗更加方便，也更加干净，减少了清洗时对电雕烫金板、电雕压纹板的磨损，保证了产品质量的稳定。

下面通过具体实施方式结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。
本实施例揭示的电雕烫金板、电雕压纹板超声波清洗装置代替现有的手工清洗方式，克服了现有手工清洗方式存在的清洗不干净、易对电雕烫金板、电雕压纹板产生磨损等缺陷。
具体如附图1所示，本方案设计的电雕烫金板、电雕压纹板超声波清洗装置安装于电雕烫金板、电雕压纹板6固定模具5的上方，包括密封框1，在密封框1下端开口并与固定模具5上表面密封形成清洗腔2，在密封框1中安装有一超声波发生器3，在密封框1上设置有清洗液回收组件4。当电雕烫金板、电雕压纹板需要清洗时，将密封框1罩于固定模具5上表面，并于固定模具5上表面紧密接触实现密封，再将清洗液喷洒到电雕烫金4板、电雕压纹板表面，开启超声波，经过预设的时间之后，即可将电雕烫金板、电雕压纹板表面的脏污清洗干净，最好通过清洗液回收组件4将清洗液连同清洗掉的脏污从电雕烫金板、电雕压纹板表面清理干净，从而完成对电雕烫金板、电雕压纹板表面的清洗。
在本实施例中，所采用的清洗液回收组件4采用的是负压吸取清洗方式，具体包括一连通清洗腔的清洗管路41，该清洗管路41与外部负压发生装置（如真空泵等）连接，清洗完成后的清洗液连同清洗掉的脏污可通过清洗管路41排出。

2.根据权利要求1所述的电雕烫金板、电雕压纹板超声波清洗装置，其特征在于，所述的清洗液回收组件包括一连通清洗腔的清洗管路(41)，该清洗管路与外部负压发生装置连接。
