Abstract

本实用新型提供一种高光效LED防水模组,包括散热型材、电路板、LED灯珠以及透镜,所述电路板安装于所述散热型材上,且所述电路板的两端设有堵头并固定在所述散热型材两端;所述透镜底部设有黑色丝印网点,且所述透镜固定于所述电路板上,所述透镜与所述电路板之间设有圈绕LED灯珠设置的防水圈。本实用新型通过黑色印刷网点吸收LED周围的强光,解决光圈问题进而改善画面均匀性;同时采用防水圈增加透镜与电路板之间的密封效果,防止进水,同时通过采用高光效大功率LED灯珠实现每平方米4-5个模组布灯的方案。

一种高光效LED防水模组
技术领域
本实用新型涉及LED光源技术领域,尤其涉及一种高光效LED防水模组。
背景技术
为使高光效LED防水模组光效更好,都会在灯珠的出光面上设置光学透镜,然而灯珠发光时,灯珠周围会产生的光圈却没有得到解决,而且透镜与电路板之间密封不严会导致进水,而采用灌胶方法虽然能提高密封性,但是灌胶工艺难度高,生产周期长。所以人们需要一种能解决光圈问题时又能保证模组透镜与电路板之间防水性能良好的模组结构。
实用新型内容
本实用新型实施例提供一种高光效LED防水模组,能改善模组防水性能以及解决灯珠发光时光线在灯珠周围产生的光圈,提高混光效果。
具体的,本实用新型实施例提供了一种高光效LED防水模组,包括散热型材、电路板、LED灯珠以及透镜,所述电路板安装于所述散热型材上,且所述电路板的两端设有堵头并固定在所述散热型材两端;所述透镜底部设有黑色丝印网点,且所述透镜固定于所述电路板上,所述透镜与所述电路板之间设有圈绕LED灯珠设置的防水圈。
进一步的,所述透镜与电路板相贴合处的相对面设有与防水圈耦合的凹槽,防水圈卡设在所述凹槽内。
进一步的,所述堵头上设有线槽以及与线槽相配合用于固定导线的线卡。
本实用新型实施例中,具有以下有益效果:通过黑色印刷网点吸收LED周围的强光,解决光圈问题进而改善画面均匀性;同时采用防水圈增加透镜与电路板之间的密封效果,防止进水,同时通过采用高光效大功率LED灯珠实现每平方米4-5个模组布灯的方案。

下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
参见图1所示,本实用新型实施例提供一种高光效LED防水模组,包括散热型材7、电路板2、LED灯珠1以及透镜3,所述电路板2安装于所述散热型材7上,且所述电路板2的两端设有堵头5并固定在所述散热型材7两端;所述透镜3底部设有黑色丝印网点,且所述透镜3通过螺钉9固定于所述电路板2上,所述透镜3与所述电路板2之间设有圈绕LED灯珠1设置的防水圈6。其中,散热型材7两侧分别设有滑动槽,电路板2插入滑动槽内,然后将堵头5分别从散热型材7两端插入滑动槽内与电路板2的端部贴合完成电路板的定位,且堵头5与散热型材7的相对位置上设有安装孔,通过固定件将堵头5紧固在散热型材7上,而透镜3相对电路板2的一面设有能吸收光线的黑色丝印网点,该黑色丝印网点绕LED灯珠1设置,削弱发光时光源附件的光亮强度,保证光源中心的光亮强度,进而消除光圈的产生。联接电路板2上的导线8通过在堵头5上设置线槽向外延伸与电源联接,同时在线槽处设置与线槽适配的线卡4,线卡4插入线槽内压紧导线8。
进一步的,所述透镜与电路板相贴合处的相对面设有与防水圈耦合的凹槽,防水圈卡设在所述凹槽内。电路板2的顶面,即与透镜3的相对面绕LED灯珠1设有凹槽,且透镜3也在相对的位置同样设有凹槽,凹槽形状与防水圈6相适配,透镜3与电路板2贴合时,防水圈被卡在凹槽内,不仅能防止透镜3滑动,更能增强模组结构的防水性能。
为使光效达到最佳效果,透镜优选用出光角度在170°以上。进一步的,为提高混光效果,透镜出光面包括罩设灯珠发光面的第一出光面和绕第一出光面设有第二出光面,所述第二出光面为直径自第一出光面边沿不断等比增大并向外辐射的多个同心圆组成。

1.一种高光效LED防水模组,包括散热型材、电路板、LED灯珠以及透镜,其特征在于,所述电路板安装于所述散热型材上,且所述电路板的两端设有堵头并固定在所述散热型材两端;所述透镜底部设有黑色丝印网点,且所述透镜固定于所述电路板上,所述透镜与所述电路板之间设有圈绕LED灯珠设置的防水圈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高光效LED防水模组,其特征在于,所述透镜与电路板相贴合处的相对面设有与防水圈耦合的凹槽,防水圈卡设在所述凹槽内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高光效LED防水模组,其特征在于,所述堵头上设有线槽以及与线槽相配合用于固定导线的线卡。
