本实用新型公开了一种LED路灯,包括上盖、驱动器组件、散热面框、LED模块,所述驱动器组件和LED模块设置在散热面框内,散热面框内设置有散热筋,LED模块紧贴散热筋,散热筋呈中间低四周高的结构,散热筋的四周紧贴散热面框的外壳侧面,散热面框背面设置有铰链,上盖通过铰链与散热面框连接,LED模块前面设置透镜,透镜外缘设置反射器,反射器前面设置玻璃板,玻璃板固定在玻璃面框上,玻璃面框固定在散热面框上。本实用新型路灯的LED模块紧贴散热筋设置,散热筋呈中间四周高的结构,散热筋的四周紧贴散热面框的外壳侧面,这样散热筋把热散到内部空间,通过上盖辐射部分热量,同时通过四周把热导到散热面框的侧面外壳上,使得散热效果大大加强。

背景技术
原先的路灯一般都采用高压钠灯,其寿命短、光效低、显色性差、功率因数低,耗电量较大,后来采用了LED路灯,但是由于路灯要求的亮度较高,所以要配备大功率的LED灯,因此对于大功率的LED灯的散热问题就很重要。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种LED路灯,能够有效的对路灯进行散热,同时结构简单。
本实用新型采用的技术方案为: 
一种LED路灯,包括上盖、驱动器组件、散热面框、LED模块、透镜、反射器、玻璃板、玻璃面框,所述驱动器组件和LED模块设置在散热面框内,散热面框内设置有散热筋,LED模块紧贴散热筋,散热筋呈中间低四周高的结构,散热筋的四周紧贴散热面框的外壳侧面,散热面框背面设置有铰链,上盖通过铰链与散热面框连接,LED模块前面设置透镜,透镜外缘设置反射器,反射器前面设置玻璃板,玻璃板固定在玻璃面框上,玻璃面框固定在散热面框上。
所述的玻璃面框上设置有密封圈。密封圈用于玻璃面框与散热面框之间的密封。
所述的散热面框内设置有用于支撑上盖的支撑杆。当打开上盖之后,支撑杆用于撑住上盖。
所述的上盖上设置有用于锁紧上盖和散热面框的扣攀。
所述的LED模块的铝基板上设置有装饰板。
本实用新型LED路灯的LED模块紧贴散热筋设置,散热筋呈中间四周高的结构,散热筋的四周紧贴散热面框的外壳侧面,这样散热筋把热散到内部空间,通过上盖辐射部分热量,同时通过四周把热导到散热面框的侧面外壳上,使得散热效果大大加强。

具体实施方式
如图1、2, 一种LED路灯,包括上盖1、驱动器组件3、散热面框7、LED模块9、透镜11、反射器13、玻璃板17、玻璃面框18,所述驱动器组件3和LED模块9设置在散热面框7内,散热面框7内设置有散热筋12,LED模块9紧贴散热筋12,散热筋12呈中间低四周高的结构,散热筋12的四周紧贴散热面框7的外壳侧面,散热面框7背面设置有铰链5,上盖1通过铰链5与散热面框7连接,LED模块9前面设置透镜11,透镜11外缘设置反射器13,反射器13前面设置玻璃板17,玻璃板17固定在玻璃面框18上,玻璃面框18固定在散热面框7上。玻璃面框18上设置有密封圈8。散热面框7内设置有用于支撑上盖1的支撑杆6。上盖1上设置有用于锁紧上盖1和散热面框7的扣攀2。
玻璃板17通过胶水固定在玻璃面框18上,玻璃面框18通过螺钉4固定在散热面框7上,LED模块9、透镜11以及反射器13都设置在散热面框7和玻璃面框18内,LED模块9的光线通过透镜11以及反射器13从玻璃板17射出,透镜11以及反射器13可有效利用散射光,并起美观作用。玻璃面框18和散热面框7之间设置有密封圈8,起到防水防灰。
散热面框7的后端设置散热筋12,散热筋12呈中间低四周高的结构,这样散热筋12与上盖1之间形成了一定的空间,散热筋12上的热量就可以通过上盖1辐射部分热量,另外的热量可以通过散热筋12的四周把热导到散热面框的侧面外壳上,再通过外壳散出去。
上盖1和散热面框7之间通过铰链5连接,打开上盖1之后,通过支撑杆6将上盖1支撑住;合上上盖1之后,通过扣攀2将上盖1与散热面框7锁住。
LED模块9的铝基板上设置有装饰板10,其用来盖住接线头,作接线端装饰用。

1.一种LED路灯,其特征在于,包括上盖(1)、驱动器组件(3)、散热面框(7)、LED模块(9)、透镜(11)、反射器(13)、玻璃板(17)、玻璃面框(18),所述驱动器组件(3)和LED模块(9)设置在散热面框(7)内,散热面框(7)内设置有散热筋(12),LED模块(9)紧贴散热筋(12),散热筋(12)呈中间低四周高的结构,散热筋(12)的四周紧贴散热面框(7)的外壳侧面,散热面框(7)背面设置有铰链(5),上盖(1)通过铰链(5)与散热面框(7)连接,LED模块(9)前面设置透镜(11),透镜(11)外缘设置反射器(13),反射器(13)前面设置玻璃板(17),玻璃板(17)固定在玻璃面框(18)上,玻璃面框(18)固定在散热面框(7)上。
