本发明公开了一种双腔LED路灯,包括驱动器组件和散热面框,散热面框设置有腔体一和腔体二,腔体一和腔体二内都设置有LED模块、透镜、反射器,散热面框背面设置有散热筋,散热筋分为两部分,分别对应两个腔体内的LED模块,两部分的散热筋呈中间低四周高的结构,散热筋的四周紧贴散热面框的外壳侧面,散热面框背面设置上盖,上盖通过铰链与散热面框连接,通过铰链与散热面框连接,LED模块前面设置透镜,透镜设置反射器,反射器前面设置玻璃板,玻璃板固定在玻璃面框上,玻璃面框固定在散热面框上。本发明LED路灯采用双腔结构,即两个安装LED模块的腔体,这样两个LED模块可以进行发光照明,加强了照明强度,散热效果大大加强。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种路灯。
背景技术
原先的路灯一般都采用高压钠灯,其寿命短、光效低、显色性差、功率因数低,耗电量较大,后来采用了LED路灯,但是由于路灯要求的亮度较高,所以要配备大功率的LED灯,特别是对于八车道十车道的大马路,其既要照得更加明亮,又要及时有效的对大功率的LED灯进行散热问题就显得很重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种双腔LED路灯,能够极大的提升照明效果,又能有效的对路灯进行散热,同时结构简单。
本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种双腔LED路灯,包括驱动器组件和散热面框,散热面框设置有腔体一和腔体二,腔体一和腔体二内都设置有LED模块、透镜、反射器,散热面框背面设置有散热筋,散热筋分为两部分,分别对应两个腔体内的LED模块,两部分的散热筋呈中间低四周高的结构,散热筋的四周紧贴散热面框的外壳侧面,散热面框背面设置上盖,上盖通过铰链与散热面框连接,通过铰链与散热面框连接,LED模块前面设置透镜,透镜外缘设置反射器,反射器前面设置玻璃板,玻璃板固定在玻璃面框上,玻璃面框固定在散热面框上。
所述的玻璃面框上设置有密封圈。密封圈用于玻璃面框与散热面框之间的密封。
所述的散热面框内设置有用于支撑上盖的支撑杆。当打开上盖之后,支撑杆用于撑住上盖。
所述的上盖上设置有用于锁紧上盖和散热面框的扣攀。
所述的LED模块的铝基板上设置有装饰板。
本发明的LED路灯采用双腔结构,即两个安装LED模块的腔体,这样两个LED模块可以进行发光照明,大大加强了照明强度,而两组LED模块结构完全相同,制造简单,而采用的散热筋呈中间低四周高的结构,散热筋的四周紧贴散热面框的外壳侧面,这样散热筋把热散到内部空间,通过上盖辐射部分热量,同时通过四周把热导到散热面框的侧面外壳上,使得散热效果大大加强。

具体实施方式
如图1、2, 一种双腔LED路灯,包括驱动器组件3和散热面框7,散热面框7设置有腔体一71和腔体二72,腔体一71和腔体二72内都设置有LED模块9、透镜11、反射器13,散热面框7背面设置有散热筋12,散热筋12分为两部分,分别对应两个腔体内的LED模块,两部分的散热筋呈中间低四周高的结构,散热筋12的四周紧贴散热面框7的外壳侧面,散热面框7背面设置上盖1,上盖1通过铰链5与散热面框7连接,通过铰链5与散热面框7连接,LED模块9前面设置透镜11,透镜11外缘设置反射器13,反射器13前面设置玻璃板17,玻璃板17固定在玻璃面框18上,玻璃面框18固定在散热面框7上。玻璃面框18上设置有密封圈8。散热面框7内设置有用于支撑上盖1的支撑杆6。上盖1上设置有用于锁紧上盖1和散热面框7的扣攀2。
散热面框7设置有两个腔体,腔体一71和腔体二72,两个腔体内设置相同结构的LED模块9、透镜11、反射器13灯照明模块,两块玻璃板17通过胶水固定在玻璃面框18上,玻璃面框18通过螺钉4固定在散热面框7上,这样两个LED照明模块前面通过玻璃板17进行保护,LED模块9的光线通过透镜11以及反射器13从玻璃板17射出,透镜11以及反射器13可有效利用散射光,并起美观作用。玻璃面框18和散热面框7之间设置有密封圈8,起到防水防灰。
散热面框7的背面设置散热筋12,散热筋12分为两部分,分别对应两个腔体内的LED模块,两部分的散热筋12都是呈中间低四周高的结构,这样散热筋12与上盖1之间形成了一定的空间,散热筋12上的热量就可以通过上盖1辐射部分热量,另外的热量可以通过散热筋12的四周把热导到散热面框的侧面外壳上,再通过外壳散出去。
上盖1和散热面框7之间通过铰链5连接,打开上盖1之后,通过支撑杆6将上盖1支撑住;合上上盖1之后,通过扣攀2将上盖1与散热面框7锁住。
LED模块9的铝基板上设置有装饰板10,其用来盖住接线头,作接线端装饰用。

1.一种双腔LED路灯,其特征在于,包括驱动器组件(3)和散热面框(7),散热面框(7)设置有腔体一(71)和腔体二(72),腔体一(71)和腔体二(72)内都设置有LED模块(9)、透镜(11)、反射器(13),散热面框(7)背面设置有散热筋(12),散热筋(12)分为两部分,分别对应两个腔体内的LED模块,两部分的散热筋呈中间低四周高的结构,散热筋(12)的四周紧贴散热面框(7)的外壳侧面,散热面框(7)背面设置上盖(1),上盖(1)通过铰链(5)与散热面框(7)连接,LED模块(9)前面设置透镜(11),透镜(11)外缘设置反射器(13),反射器(13)前面设置玻璃板(17),玻璃板(17)固定在玻璃面框(18)上,玻璃面框(18)固定在散热面框(7)上,所述的玻璃面框(18)上设置有密封圈(8),所述的散热面框(7)内设置有用于支撑上盖(1)的支撑杆(6),所述的上盖(1)上设置有用于锁紧上盖(1)和散热面框(7)的扣攀(2),所述LED模块(9)的铝基板上设置有装饰板(10)。
