本实用新型涉及一种风机设备,尤其涉及防护型风力发电机。
背景技术
风力发电机的叶片作为风机的主要部件,它的运作性能稳定性至关重要;但是现有的风机叶片稳固性较差,而且现有的风机叶片大多没有设置加强层,在遇到大风天气时,极其容易折断。
发明内容
本实用新型的主要目的在于针对现有技术存在的问题,而提出防护型风力发电机。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案如下:
本实用新型所涉及的叶片包括叶片体和固定件;所述的固定件焊接在叶片体的尾部,所述的固定件上设置有安装孔,所述的固定件与叶片体包裹的位置还设置有缓冲层,所述的叶片体内部为空腔结构,所述的叶片体从内到外由基层、加强层、阻燃层和耐腐蚀层组成。
所述的基层为金属合金材料制成。
所述的加强层为玻璃纤维材料制成。
所述的阻燃层为涂覆有一层阻燃材料。
所述的耐腐蚀层为涂有耐腐蚀材料。
所述的叶片体的内表面还涂覆有一层防腐漆。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:本实用新型通过在叶片体的尾部设置固定件,使得风机叶片与风机体的连接更加牢固,而且通过在叶片体上包覆玻璃纤维加强层,使得叶片体的抗风抗撕裂能力得到了提升。

下面将结合附图和具体实施例来对本实用新型做进一步说明:
如图1-3所示,本实用新型所涉及的叶片包括叶片体1和固定件2;固定件2焊接在叶片体1的尾部,固定件2上设置有安装孔4,固定件2与叶片体1包裹的位置还设置有缓冲层3,叶片体1内部为空腔结构,叶片体1从内到外由金属合金材料制成的基层5、玻璃纤维材料制成的加强层6、涂覆有一层阻燃材料的阻燃层7和耐腐蚀层8组成,叶片体1的内表面还涂覆有一层防腐漆。
本实施例通过在叶片体的尾部设置固定件,使得风机叶片与风机体的连接更加牢固,而且通过在叶片体上包覆玻璃纤维加强层,使得叶片体的抗风抗撕裂能力得到了提升。

1.防护型风力发电机,其特征在于:所述的叶片包括叶片体(1)和固定件(2);所述的固定件(2)焊接在叶片体(1)的尾部,所述的固定件(2)上设置有安装孔(4),所述的固定件(2)与叶片体(1)包裹的位置还设置有缓冲层(3),所述的叶片体(1)内部为空腔结构,所述的叶片体(1)从内到外由基层(5)、加强层(6)、阻燃层(7)和耐腐蚀层(8)组成。
