背景技术
人们对可再生能源的利用越来越重视,使用风力做动力发电以及作为其他机械的动力成为人们新的选择,由于风力发电机需要安装在空旷地区的高空,夏天雷击会对风力发电机叶片造成损坏,因此风力发电机叶片的避雷成为发展风电的重要课题。现有风力发电机避雷设备有的是采用在叶尖上包覆金属材料等,其导电性能差,耐腐蚀性差,使用寿命短。 
实用新型内容
为了克服现有风力发电机避雷装置导电性能差,耐腐蚀性能差,使用寿命短的不足,本实用新型提供一种风力发电机叶片避雷器,该风力发电机叶片避雷器使用了新材料,不仅导电性能好,而且耐腐蚀性能好,使用寿命长。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:风力发电机叶片避雷器,包括风力发电机叶片,其特征是:风力发电机叶片尖端装有使用环氧树脂粘接着的铝镁铜合金压铸成的叶片避雷器,该避雷器通过电缆固定螺栓与电缆连接,电缆连接着中部接收器并与连接风力发电机。 
所述的叶片避雷器在叶片迎风面的形状为前端为三角形后端为梯形的组合体,其中心剖面为前端夹角为10-15度的三角形,后端为夹角相同的梯形的组合体。 
本实用新型公开的叶片避雷器是根据风力发电机叶片避雷器的性能要求,通过改变铝合金化学成分配比,进而改变铝合金内部组织结构,研发出一种新型铝合金材料叶片避雷器以满足其使用性能要求。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:在风力发电机叶片的最前端安装的、与环氧树脂粘接在一起的铝镁铜合金压铸成的叶片避雷器,具有良好的导 电性能和较好的耐腐蚀性能,避雷效果好,使用寿命长,是保证风力发电机叶片防止雷击的关键性新型。

实施例1,一种风力发电机叶片避雷器,包括风力发电机叶片5,其特征是:风力发电机叶片尖端装有使用环氧树脂粘接着的铝镁铜合金压铸成的叶片避雷器1,叶片避雷器通过电缆固定螺栓2与电缆4连接,电缆连接着中部接收器3并与连接风力发电机塔架连接,将接受的雷电导入大地。 
所述的叶片避雷器在叶片迎风面的形状为前端为顶角夹角为90-110度的三角形后端为夹角相同的梯形的组合体,其中心剖面为前端夹角为10-15度的三角形,后端为夹角相同的梯形的组合体。

1.一种风力发电机叶片避雷器,包括风力发电机叶片,其特征是:风力发电机叶片尖端装有使用环氧树脂粘接着的铝镁铜合金压铸成的叶片避雷器,叶片避雷器通过电缆固定螺栓与电缆连接,电缆连接着中部接收器并与连接风力发电机塔架连接,将接受的雷电导入大地。
