本实用新型通过以下技术措施实现的，一种金属料带贴胶膜，包括金属料带，所述金属料带表面上背有一层离型膜,所述离型膜上背一层有胶膜。

下面结合实施例并对照附图对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
一种金属料带贴胶膜，参考图1和图2，首先在金属料带(洋白铜卷料)表面1背上两层辅助胶膜(S03A,CT25YM),金属料带1先背上有一层离型膜(CT25YM)2,离型膜2上再背一层有胶膜(S03A)3,背此两层胶膜需要背胶机去完成。在做产品时将经过背好胶膜的金属料带1送入冲床连续模冲压，在二边预冲出平行设置均匀间隔的定位孔101，刀模斩胶膜断到洋白铜料带面(模具内设有刀模)，之后排废掉不需要的胶膜，得到如图2的产品。
实施例2
一种金属料带贴胶膜，参考图3和图4，首先在洋白铜卷料1表面背上一层离型膜2，离型膜2上有一层有胶膜(S03A)3,有胶膜(S03A)3表面贴有一层胶膜(BY122)4，此背胶属挤压的形式背胶，所以在背胶机滚轮包上一层需要的海绵，经过背胶机背好胶直送入模具冲压，需有在二边预冲出平行设置均匀间隔的定位孔101，引导针定位，模具无需闭死冲压，可450冲次左右每分钟，模具内的刀模斩胶膜断到金属料带面(洋白铜)，其次排废，收卷得到如图4的产品。

5.根据权利要求1所述金属料带贴胶膜，其特征在于：所述有胶膜为S03A。
6.根据权利要求1所述金属料带贴胶膜，其特征在于：所述有胶膜表面贴有一层胶膜。
7.根据权利要求6所述金属料带贴胶膜，其特征在于：所述胶膜为BY122。
