本实用新型涉及金融交易卡技术领域，是一种具有3D打印图文表面的金融交易卡，它具有卡基，所述卡基从上至下依次由正面保护膜层、正面基片层、中间INLAY层、反面基片层、反面印刷图文层、反面保护膜层构成，特别是：所述正面保护膜层上表面上附着有3D打印图文层，所述3D打印图文层的高度为0.05-0.46mm；本实用新型的金融交易卡设计新颖独特，在卡片表面融入了新的3D打印图文效果，提升了卡片整体档次，可广泛适用于金融、交通、社保、医疗、校园、安保等领域，市场前景广阔，具有极强的国内外竞争力。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及金融交易卡技术领域，具体是一种具有3D打印图文表面的金融交易卡。
背景技术
近年来，随着金融交易卡技术的不断发展，各类双界面交易卡已经广泛应用在金融、医疗、公共交通、安保系统、电话通信、社会保障等领域。目前，市面上常见的金融交易卡所用材料大多为PVC、PC、ABS等塑基材料，普通的双界面交易卡结构是：具有从上至下依次由正面保护膜层、正面丝印/胶印印刷基材层、中间INLAY层、反面丝印/胶印印刷基材层、反面保护膜层所构成的卡基，正/反面丝印/胶印印刷基材层上印刷有图文信息。现有的双界面卡外观图案单一，卡片样式少，手感触觉体验差，已经难以满足客户的不同需求。
普通的丝网印刷/平板胶印印刷图文卡片存在以下问题：1.在印刷图文前，丝网印刷需要绷网，平板印刷需要制作PS版，这两种印刷图文的准备工作都比较复杂且繁多；2.丝网印刷/平板印刷是在正/反面印刷层上印刷图文，印刷完后图文表面要加正面/反面保护膜层压，图文是平的，不能实现图文是立体的效果；3.目前的卡片外观图案单一，市场竞争力差。因此，研发一种新型双界面卡来提升企业的市场竞争力及产品占有率十分必要。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对目前普通的双界面交易卡外观图案单一，卡片样式少，手感触觉体验差，难以满足客户的不同需求的问题,现提供一种具有3D打印图文表面的金融交易卡。
本实用新型的一种具有3D打印图文表面的金融交易卡，具有卡基，所述卡基从上至下依次由正面保护膜层、正面基片层、中间INLAY层、反面基片层、反面印刷图文层、反面保护膜层构成，特别是：所述正面保护膜层上表面上附着有3D打印图文层，所述3D打印图文层的高度为0.05-0.46mm。
当然本实用新型中还可以在所述卡基上加工有容纳IC模块的凹腔，凹腔内封装有IC模块，制作成接触式金融交易卡。
为进一步扩大本实用新型交易卡的使用范围，本实用新型中所述卡基反面保护膜层上沿长度方向附着有磁条。
本实用新型中所述3D打印图文是采用美国DCS公司生产的VGD610UV-MVPnew3D打印机进行打印，该打印机具有白墨、透明、C、M、Y、K六色UV油墨。当然本实用新型中3D打印图文不限于采用上述3D打印机打印，也可以采用其他公司生产的适合卡片表面图文打印的打印机进行卡片制作。
当然，本实用新型中3D打印图文层不局限于布满整个卡体正面，也可以在所述正面基片层上印刷有图文信息，而只在正面保护膜层上方进行局部3D图文修饰，以满足不同客户的不同需求。
本实用新型的金融交易卡设计新颖独特，在卡片表面融入了新的3D打印图文效果，提升了卡片整体档次，可广泛适用于金融、交通、社保、医疗、校园、安保等领域，市场前景广阔，具有极强的国内外竞争力。

具体实施方式
实施例1
参见图1，一种具有3D打印图文表面的金融交易卡，具有卡基，所述卡基从上至下依次由正面保护膜层1、正面基片层2、中间INLAY层3、反面基片层4、反面印刷图文层5、反面保护膜层6构成，特别是：所述正面保护膜层1上表面上附着有3D打印图文层7，所述3D打印图文层7的高度为0.05-0.46mm，本实施例中具体为0.46mm。
本实施例中所述3D打印图文层是采用美国DCS公司生产的VGD610UV-MVPnew3D打印机进行打印，该打印机具有白墨、透明、C、M、Y、K六色UV油墨。
实施例2
参见图2，一种具有3D打印图文表面的金融交易卡，具有卡基，所述卡基从上至下依次由正面保护膜层1、正面基片层2、中间INLAY层3、反面基片层4、反面印刷图文层5、反面保护膜层6构成，特别是：所述卡基上加工有容纳IC模块8的凹腔，凹腔内封装有IC模块8，所述正面保护膜层1上表面上附着有3D打印图文层7，所述3D打印图文层7的高度为0.30mm。
本实施例中所述3D打印图文层是采用美国DCS公司生产的VGD610UV-MVPnew3D打印机进行打印，该打印机具有白墨、透明、C、M、Y、K六色UV油墨。
实施例3
参见图3，一种具有3D打印图文表面的金融交易卡，具有卡基，所述卡基从上至下依次由正面保护膜层1、正面基片层2、中间INLAY层3、反面基片层4、反面印刷图文层5、反面保护膜层6构成，正面基片层2上具有正面印刷图文层9，特别是：所述正面保护膜层1上表面上附着有3D打印图文层7，所述3D打印图文层7位于正面保护膜层的右下角。所述3D打印图文层的高度为0.46mm。
本实施例中所述3D打印图文层是采用美国DCS公司生产的VGD610UV-MVPnew3D打印机进行打印，该打印机具有白墨、透明、C、M、Y、K六色UV油墨。
实施例4
参见图4，一种具有3D打印图文表面的金融交易卡，具有卡基，所述卡基从上至下依次由正面保护膜层1、正面基片层2、中间INLAY层3、反面基片层4、反面印刷图文层5、反面保护膜层6构成，正面基片层2上具有正面印刷图文层9，特别是：所述卡基上加工有容纳IC模块8的凹腔，凹腔内封装有IC模块8，所述卡基反面保护膜层6上沿长度方向附着有磁条10，所述正面保护膜层1上表面上附着有3D打印图文层7，所述3D打印图文层7的高度为0.05mm。
本实施例中所述3D打印图文层是采用美国DCS公司生产的VGD610UV-MVPnew3D打印机进行打印，该打印机具有白墨、透明、C、M、Y、K六色UV油墨。
当然本实用新型不限于上述实施例中所例举的几种卡片，还可以在本实用新型权利要求的范围内任意变换，任何人在依照本实用新型权利要求的原理制作的交易片，都应视为落入本实用新型权利要求的保护范围之内。

1.一种具有3D打印图文表面的金融交易卡，具有卡基，所述卡基从上至下依次由正面保护膜层、正面基片层、中间INLAY层、反面基片层、反面印刷图文层、反面保护膜层构成，其特征在于：所述正面保护膜层上表面上附着有3D打印图文层，所述3D打印图文层的高度为0.05-0.46mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有3D打印图文表面的金融交易卡，其特征在于：所述卡基上加工有容纳IC模块的凹腔，凹腔内封装有IC模块。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种具有3D打印图文表面的金融交易卡，其特征在于：所述卡基反面保护膜层上沿长度方向附着有磁条。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种具有3D打印图文表面的金融交易卡，其特征在于：所述3D打印图文层是采用美国DCS公司生产的VGD610UV-MVPnew3D打印机进行打印，该打印机具有白墨、透明、C、M、Y、K六色UV油墨。
5.根据权利要求1或2或所述的一种具有3D打印图文表面的金融交易卡，其特征在于：所述正面基片层上具有正面印刷图文层。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种具有3D打印图文表面的金融交易卡，其特征在于：所述3D打印图文层上的3D图文附着在正面保护膜层的局部地方。
