Abstract

背景技术
罐盖是指应用于罐类容器的盖子，主要由安装在罐口的盖圈以及与盖圈软连接的翻盖构成。作为商品的奶粉罐中，为了便于消费者能准确地量舀奶粉，通常会配售勺子，配售的勺子一般是卡装在翻盖内。在生产上，需要分别成型罐盖和勺子，这无形中会耗费模具、工时，生产成本高。因此，有必要研发一种罐盖，以降低生产成本。

为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案：一种一体成型勺子的罐盖，包括有安装在罐口的盖圈以及与盖圈软连接的翻盖，其特征在于：所述盖圈的相对两内侧易断连接有一勺子。
采用本实用新型所带来的有益效果：由于本实用新型将勺子和罐盖的盖圈设成易断连接，这样勺子和罐盖就可采用一体注塑成型，达到减少模具、工时，降低生产成本的目的。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种一体成型勺子的罐盖，包括有安装在罐口的盖圈1以及与盖圈1软连接的翻盖2。在本实用新型中，所述盖圈1的相对两内侧易断连接有一勺子3。
在生产上，勺子3和罐盖就可采用一体注塑成型，减少了生产勺子3的模具，而且也减少了生产勺子3、装配勺子3的工时，使得生产成本大为降低。由于勺子3和罐盖的盖圈1是易断连接，消费者可轻易将勺子3从易断处扳断，取出勺子3，使用非常方便快捷。
