本实用新型涉及一种铸造砂模固定装置，特别涉及一种砂箱。
背景技术
目前使用的砂箱，其浇注口至模腔的通道一般设计的尺寸比较小，在实际浇注过程中，由于浇注口小，铁水流经浇注口时受到流量的控制，导致很容易受到外界温度的影响，导致通道内遇冷结块堵塞，造成浇注失败或铸件质量差，使用不方便，经济效益低。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题在于提供一种浇注通道顺畅，使用方便的砂箱。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的砂箱，包括箱体，所述箱体的浇注口设有保温装置，所述保温装置包括密封的保温腔体和料斗，所述保温腔体底部与箱体浇注口接触连接；所述保温腔体底面是大于箱体浇注口的水平面且置于覆盖箱体的浇注口；所述料斗置于保温腔体内且进料口伸出保温腔体顶部、出料口穿过保温腔体底部伸入箱体浇注口内与砂模腔联通，该料斗外侧壁与保温腔体壁密封连接，使保温腔体与料斗外侧壁之间形成密封的保温腔。 
所述保温腔体是圆柱形体。以使生产加工更方便，生产成本更低，保温效果更好，浇注更顺畅。
采用本实用新型的砂箱，由于箱体的浇注口设有保温装置，该保温装置的保温腔体与料斗外侧壁之间形成密封的保温腔。使用时，铁水由料斗的进料口进入料斗内、再经出料口进入砂模腔的过程中，保温腔将料斗的出料口外壁与外界自然环境隔开，外界自然环境的冷风无法与料斗的出料口外壁接触，外界的低温对料斗的出料口无影响，因此铁水不会遇冷结块堵塞而堵塞料斗的出料口，即铁水不会遇冷结块堵塞浇注口。又由于料斗进料口开口大，浇注时倒入的铁水多，同时料斗外侧壁设有密封的保温腔，因此铁水冷却的速度慢，铁水不容易结块，铁水浇注更顺畅，使用方便。
又由于保温腔体是圆柱形体。生产加工更方便，生产成本更低，保温效果更好，工作效率更高，浇注更顺畅。

如图1所示，本实用新型的砂箱，包括箱体1，箱体1的浇注口设有保温装置。保温装置包括密封的保温腔体2和料斗4。保温腔体2底部与箱体1浇注口接触连接。保温腔体2底面是大于箱体1浇注口的水平面且置于覆盖箱体1的浇注口。料斗4置于保温腔体2内且进料口伸出保温腔体2顶部、出料口穿过保温腔体2底部伸入箱体1浇注口内与砂模腔联通，该料斗4外侧壁与保温腔体2壁密封连接，使保温腔体2与料斗4外侧壁之间形成密封的保温腔3。 
本实用新型的保温腔体2可以是圆柱形体，也可以是矩形体，还可以是其它形状体。保温腔体2是圆柱形体时，生产加工更方便，生产成本更低，保温效果更好，工作效率更高，浇注更顺畅。

1.一种砂箱，包括箱体（1），其特征在于：所述箱体（1）的浇注口设有保温装置，所述保温装置包括密封的保温腔体（2）和料斗（4），所述保温腔体（2）底部与箱体（1）浇注口接触连接；所述保温腔体（2）底面是大于箱体（1）浇注口的水平面且置于覆盖箱体（1）的浇注口；所述料斗（4）置于保温腔体（2）内且进料口伸出保温腔体（2）顶部、出料口穿过保温腔体（2）底部伸入箱体（1）浇注口内与砂模腔联通，该料斗（4）外侧壁与保温腔体（2）壁密封连接，使保温腔体（2）与料斗（4）外侧壁之间形成密封的保温腔（3）。
