本实用新型公开了一种快速砌墙保温砌块。此砌块解决了快速砌墙空心砌块无法做到墙体保温的问题。此砌块有三条横肋,四条纵肋,其中两条纵肋在砌块的左右两侧,另两条纵肋往砌块中间移动。在三条横肋的上平面设凹槽,下平面设凸起。在形成的结构空隙放置保温材料。本砌块保留了CN201410065259.4专利申请中的连锁结构。这样在实现墙体保温的同时,也保证了墙体的强度。另外,此砌块边缘也设有抹灰槽,可以做到免抹灰。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种保温砌块,具体设计一种可实现上下左右全连锁,且可保温的砌块。
背景技术
中国专利申请CN201410065259.4中的快速砌墙空心砌块为不保温设计,无法实现墙体的保温节能。在今天的建筑行业,建筑节能是一件大事,节能建筑可做到冬暖夏凉。
实用新型内容
本实用新型公开了一种快速砌墙保温砌块。此砌块解决了快速砌墙空心砌块无法做到墙体保温的问题。
本实用新型目的在于提供一种全连锁的保温砌块,以解决墙体保温的问题。
此砌块有三条横肋,四条纵肋,其中两条纵肋在砌块的左右两侧,另两条纵肋往砌块中间移动。在三条横肋的上平面设凹槽,下平面设凸起。在形成的结构空隙放置保温材料。此保温材料可以采用标准的发泡保温板,这样就减少了很多成本。有时为了使保温板的放置空间更大,中间的横肋上平面可以不设凹槽。本砌块可以使用标准的保温板,这样砌块成本更低。本砌块保留了CN201410065259.4专利中的连锁结构。这样在实现墙体保温的同时,也保证了墙体的强度。另外,此砌块四周也设有抹灰槽,可以做到免抹灰。
相比原来的快速砌墙空心砌块及现有保温砌块,本实用新型的优点是:(1)使快速砌墙空心砌块可以保温节能;(2)制造成本低,砌墙快,免抹灰;(3)墙体强度高,墙体成本低。

如图1、图2所示的本实用新型的一实施例:此砌块有三条横肋,四条纵肋,其中两条纵肋3在砌块的左右两侧,另两条纵肋4在砌块中间。在三条横肋的上平面设凹槽,下平面设凸起。在形成的结构空隙放置保温材料5。此保温材料可以采用标准的保温板,这样就减少了很多成本。本砌块保留了CN201410065259.4专利申请中的连锁结构。这样在实现墙体保温的同时,也保证了墙体的强度。另外,此砌块四周也设有抹灰槽6,可以做到免抹灰。砌墙方法,与快速砌墙空心砌块基本一致。在砌完一排后,放入保温材料即可。

1.一种快速砌墙保温砌块,在空心砌块的上平面增设砌接面,空心砌块砌体向空心砌块的通孔内沿伸构成新增砌接面,在上平面的新增砌接面的内侧设置连续向上的凸起,在上平面外侧边缘设置连续向上的凸起,上平面的新增砌接面上的凸起与设置在上平面外侧的凸起之间形成封闭的凹槽,空心砌块的下平面上设有与上平面所形成的凹槽相配的凸起,其特征在于:砌块有三条横肋,四条纵肋,其中两条纵肋在砌块的左右两侧,另两条位于砌块的中部,在砌块的结构空隙放置保温材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的快速砌墙保温砌块,其特征在于:在两块砌块形成的连通空隙中只放一块保温材料。
