背景技术
随着工业发展轻量化、小型化高速发展,BOPP膜往薄、韧的方向不断发展,对BOPP膜的厚薄均匀性有更高的要求,现有的BOPP膜生产设备生产的BOPP膜厚薄均匀性较差、易破损,成品率较低。
实用新型内容
鉴于现有技术的不足,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构设计合理、高效的BOPP膜挤出成型设备。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是:一种BOPP膜挤出成型设备,包括模头与激冷辊,所述模头设置在激冷辊一侧的斜上方,所述模头的模唇处设置有气刀,所述激冷辊的下半部浸入水槽,所述激冷辊的出料端设置有用以传送BOPP膜铸片的导辊组。
优选的,所述激冷辊另一侧的斜上方设置有用以对激冷辊表面除水的第一风机,所述导辊组旁侧设置有用以对BOPP膜铸片表面除水的第二风机。
优选的,所述导辊组包含设置在水槽上方的第一导辊与设置在水槽内的第二导辊。
优选的,所述激冷辊、导辊组分别由电机驱动。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下有益效果:本实用新型结构设计合理,使用方便快捷,得到的BOPP膜精度高、厚薄均匀、强度大,且大大提高BOPP膜的生产效率。

如图1所示,一种BOPP膜挤出成型设备,包括模头1与激冷辊2,所述模头1设置在激冷辊2一侧的斜上方,所述模头1的模唇处设置有气刀3,所述激冷辊2的下半部浸入水槽4,所述水槽4内装有冷却液体,所述激冷辊2的出料端设置有用以传送BOPP膜铸片的导辊组5;所述气刀3使得模头1的挤出料较好地贴附在激冷辊2上,经过水槽4冷却得到BOPP膜铸片;所述气刀3的风向为斜向上,与水平面夹角优选45度,所述模头1与激冷辊2圆心的连线和铅垂线的夹角为30度~60度。
在本实用新型实施例中,所述激冷辊2另一侧的斜上方设置有用以对激冷辊2表面除水的第一风机6,所述导辊组5旁侧设置有用以对BOPP膜铸片表面除水的第二风机7,所述第二风机7的风向与BOPP膜铸片运输方向相反。
在本实用新型实施例中,所述导辊组5包含设置在水槽4上方的第一导辊51与设置在水槽4内的第二导辊52,其余导辊均设置在水槽4外,有效减少BOPP膜铸片的冷却成型时间。
在本实用新型实施例中,所述激冷辊2、导辊组5分别由电机驱动。
本实用新型不局限于上述最佳实施方式,任何人在本实用新型的启示下都可以得出其他各种形式的BOPP膜挤出成型设备。凡依本实用新型申请专利范围所做的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本实用新型的涵盖范围。

1.一种BOPP膜挤出成型设备,其特征在于:包括模头与激冷辊,所述模头设置在激冷辊一侧的斜上方,所述模头的模唇处设置有气刀,所述激冷辊的下半部浸入水槽,所述激冷辊的出料端设置有用以传送BOPP膜铸片的导辊组,所述导辊组包含设置在水槽上方的第一导辊与设置在水槽内的第二导辊,所述气刀的风向为斜向上,与水平面夹角为45度,所述模头与激冷辊圆心的连线和铅垂线的夹角为30度~60度,所述激冷辊另一侧的斜上方设置有用以对激冷辊表面除水的第一风机,所述导辊组旁侧设置有用以对BOPP膜铸片表面除水的第二风机,所述第二风机的风向与BOPP膜铸片运输方向相反。
2.根据权利要求1所述的BOPP膜挤出成型设备,其特征在于:所述激冷辊、导辊组分别由电机驱动。
