本实用新型涉及线材精轧机配件技术领域，具体的说是一种快换式双唇密封件。
背景技术
油封是用来封油的机械元件，它将传动部件中需要润滑的部件与出力部件隔离，不至于让润滑油渗漏，静密封和动密封(一般往复运动)用密封件叫密封件，目前所使用的密封件其原材料大多是丁腈橡胶，氟橡胶，硅橡胶，丙烯酸酯橡胶，聚氨酯，聚四氟乙烯等组成，这种材质较软，由于密封圈为易损件，使用时间过长时，磨损严重，缺点是密封件质量差，使用寿命短，来回更换时，严重影响了生产效率。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足，提供一种快换式双唇密封件，本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：本实用新型的结构包括本体、翼体、连接圈、骨架、耐高温材料层，其特征在于本体的材质为合成氢化丁腈，本体的内侧为光滑面，本体的高度为8mm，骨架的一侧本体的外边缘为直角，密封性能好，防止漏油漏水，本体的外边缘的高度为6.5mm，宽度为7mm，本体的圆周外侧设置有连接圈，连接圈上下两侧分别设置有一个翼体，翼体的长度为6mm，翼体向外突出，在安装过程中，无须翻边，安装方便，连接圈的外侧上设置有骨架，骨架和翼体之间的本体上设置有耐高温材料层，骨架的一侧与连接圈的一侧水平位置持平，骨架的高度小于连接圈的高度，骨架的材料为铁材质。
本实用新型的有益效果是，利用铁制骨架的材质硬的优点，从而使磨损程度降低，使本新型的使用寿命延长，密封件质量好，减少使用过程中的更换次数，提高了生产效率。
