本实用新型公开了一种无收口段自锁螺母,它包括螺母,其特征在于:在螺母的内螺纹上设有2-4处螺纹变形区域。本实用新型通过在螺母的内螺纹上设有1-4处螺纹变形区域,螺纹变形区域为螺母外柱面局部冲压后形成的轻微内凸变形,这样在使用过程中,与之配合的螺栓需强行旋入螺纹带轻微内凸的螺母中,螺纹带轻微内凸区域为恢复现有形状就会增大与螺杆的锁紧力从而实现自锁;本实用新型的自锁结果因未采用尼龙圈,故可以使用在高温领域;因其收口处在螺母的中段,未增加收口段,故长度与普通螺母相同,使用领域更加宽广。

背景技术
一般的螺母在使用过程由于振动等其它原因会自行松脱,如振动,为防止这种现象,于是就发明了自锁螺母。自锁螺母它的功能主要是防松、抗振,自锁螺母按功能分类的类型有嵌尼龙圈的、带颈收口的、加金属防松装置的,上述自锁方式均存在不足,嵌尼龙圈的存在不耐高温的问题,带颈收口的、加金属防松装置均存在螺母长度整体增大,在一些特殊场合不能满足要求。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是,提供一种无收口段自锁螺母,可以克服现有技术的不足。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种无收口段自锁螺母,它包括螺母,其特征在于:在螺母的内螺纹上设有1-4处螺纹变形区域。所述的螺纹变形区域为螺母外柱面局部冲压后形成的内凸变形。在螺母外柱面上有冲压形成凹痕。螺母外柱面为六棱柱或12棱齿状。
与现有技术比较,本实用新型通过在螺母的内螺纹上设有1-4处螺纹变形区域,螺纹变形区域为螺母外柱面局部冲压后形成的轻微内凸变形,这样在使用过程中,与之配合的螺栓需强行旋入螺纹带轻微内凸的螺母中,螺纹带轻微内凸区域为恢复现有形状就会增大与螺栓的锁紧力从而实现自锁;本实用新型的自锁结果因未采用尼龙圈,故可以使用在高温领域;因其收口处在螺母的中段,未增加收口段,故长度与普通螺母相同,使用领域更加宽广。

具体实施方式
实施例1.如图1—图4所示,无收口段自锁螺母的结构与现有标准螺母外形基本相同,其自锁原理是通过外加压力使螺母1的内螺纹上局部轻微变形,形成1-4处螺纹变形区域2,该螺纹变形区域2的形成使通过机械冲压的方式在螺母1外柱面局部冲压后形成的内凸变形,故在螺母1外柱面上有冲压形成凹痕3;螺母1的外柱面可以为最常见的六棱柱,也可以是12棱齿状。
