[0018]本实用新型使用时,以炉体内设置有4个导热室为例,如图2所示,其中四个导热室分别为第一导热室la、第二导热室lb、第三导热室lc和第四导热室ld,各个导热室分别由4块隔板隔置开,4块隔板分别为设置在炉芯外壁与炉体侧壁之间的第一隔板7a、第二隔板7b、第三隔板7c和第四隔板7d,其中第一隔板7a上下密封使其两侧相邻的第一导热室la、第二导热室lb互不导通,第二隔板7b上部开有连通第一导热室la和第三导热室lc的第一导风口(8a),第三隔板7c下部开有连通第三导热室lc和第四导热室Id的第二导风口8b,第四隔板7d的上部开有连通第二导热室lb和第四导热室Id的第三导风口 8c,使用时,将煤球放到炉芯内燃烧,热量通过炉芯向炉体内部扩散,开启风机9,外部的空气从进风口进入第一导热室la,然后依次通过第三导热室、第四导热室,最终从第二导热室的出风口 12排出热空气,从而达到取暖的目的,由于各个导风口呈上、下交错设置,从而使空气的流程延长,能够充分的与炉体内的热空气混合均匀,从而大大提高了升温速度,并且温度更加稳定,在炉体侧壁上增加了加湿水箱,可对空气进行加湿,散热片增强可散热的效果,与现有技术相比,本实用新型结构新颖独特,简单合理,易生产,成本低,安全可靠,省煤,热量大,取暖效果好,取暖的同时还可在炉芯上口部设置支架做饭,使用方便,效果好,有良好的社会和经济效果。
Claims (4)
1.一种节能燃煤取暖炉,包括炉体(I)和装在炉体内的导热材料制成的炉芯(3),炉体(I)为相对密闭的中空结构,炉芯(3)为上部开口的中空结构,炉芯(3 )的上口部伸出炉体上部,其特征在于,炉芯外壁与炉体内壁之间的空间构成一个相对密闭的热传递空间,热传递空间被多个设置在炉芯外壁与炉体侧壁之间的隔板隔置成多个导热室,其中一块隔板上下密封使其两侧相邻的两个导热室互不导通,其余导热室通过依次上、下交错设置在其余隔板上的导风口相互连通,互不导通的两个导热室中,其中一个导热室所在的炉体壁上设置有进风口,进风口上装有风机(9),构成热传递空间的进风结构,另一个导热室所在的炉体壁设置有出风口( 12),构成热传递空间的出风结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的节能燃煤取暖炉,其特征在于,所述的炉芯(3)的外壁上设置有散热片(4)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的节能燃煤取暖炉,其特征在于,所述的炉芯(3)的外壁上设置有导热材料制成的加湿水箱(5),水箱内设置有伸出炉体的进水管(6)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的节能燃煤取暖炉,其特征在于,所述的炉体(I)上设置有伸入其中一个导热室的抽拉式烤箱(2)。
