背景技术
现有技术中,为了降低材料成本,增加温室大棚保温被的厚度和保温效果,大量使用再生棉毛毡,多层再生棉毛毡叠加在一起才能达到保温效果。其缺点是:再生棉毛毡纤维短,抗拉强度低,使用过程中再生棉毛毡容易被拉扯断裂,再生棉毛毡纤维容易滚绕在一起,保温被变成薄厚不均的状态,保温效果大大降低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种成本低、保温效果好、使用寿命长的复合棉温室大棚保温被。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:一种复合棉温室大棚保温被,它包括两层覆面层和中间保温层,其特征在于:所述的两层覆面层分别是牛津布覆面层和纤维毡覆面层,所述的中间保温层包括2~3层化纤喷胶棉层和2~3层再生棉毛毡层,化纤喷胶棉层与再生棉毛毡层交替叠放。
进一步,每层化纤喷胶棉层的克重为200~300g/m2
所述的化纤喷胶棉主要是将粘合剂喷洒在蓬松的化学合成纤维上,经过烘燥、固化,使纤维间的交接点被粘接,而未被彼此粘接的纤维,仍有相当大的自由度。同时,在三维网状结构中,仍保留有许多容有空气的空隙。因此,化纤喷胶棉具有多孔性、高蓬松性的保暖作用。
本实用新型和现有技术相比其优点在于:
1)所述的保温层由多层化纤喷胶棉层与再生棉毛毡层交替叠放而成;它利用了化纤喷胶棉层纤维长,弹性好,抗拉强度大,避免了再生棉毛毡容易被拉扯断裂,容易滚绕在一起的问题。
2)所述的两层覆面层分别是牛津布覆面层和纤维毡覆面层,牛津布具有质地轻薄、手感柔软、防水性好、耐用性好等优点,纤维毡具有防潮、透气、柔韧、质轻等优点,因此保温被不易损坏,使保温被的使用寿命大大延长。
