背景技术
目前,我国大棚种植技术推广较快,大棚表面需要覆盖材料对其保温,目前保温覆盖物多以稻草毡和多层无纺布棉毡保温被为主。这两种保温覆盖物都存在很大的缺陷,稻草毡厚重,雨水侵湿后,吸水更重,保湿效果差,使用年限短,稻草毡的卷放需要卷帘机械功率大,造价高,易损伤大棚薄膜;无纺布棉毡保温被在雨雪天吸水潮湿后,保温性能降低;吸水冷冻结冰后,无法卷放,丧失使用功能。目前,温室大棚保温被正逐步取代稻草毡和无纺布棉毡的保温结构,现有的温室大棚保温被多在具有一定的防潮、保温效果,但在综合效果上仍存种很大的不足。

本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种防潮、保温效果好的温室大棚保温被。 
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种温室大棚保温被,由外到内依次为外防水层、隔热层、保温层和内防水层,外防水层和内防水层为防水布,隔热层为无纺布,保温层由外到内依次为保温棉、碳纤维毡和保温棉。 
优选的是:外防水层、隔热层、保温层和内防水层之间采用胶合的方式或高温热压的方式连接。 
优选的是:外防水层、隔热层、保温层和内防水层之间采用缝制的方式连接,缝制的走线行处涂有防水凝胶。 
优选的是:保温层厚度为5mm-7mm。 
优选的是:隔热层上下表面均覆有隔热膜。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型结构简单、容易实现,采用了内外防水层,具有更好的防水、防潮效果;对采用缝制方式制作的温室大棚保温被,在缝制的走线行处涂有防水凝胶,可有效解决走线处是渗水状况;保温层采用一层碳纤维毡和两层保温棉的结构,保温层厚度为5mm-7mm,可以保证材料有较好的保温性条件下,也有较好的透气性;隔热层上下表面覆有隔热膜

一种温室大棚保温被,由外到内依次为外防水层1、隔热层2、保温层3和内防水层4,外防水层1和内防水层4为防水布,隔热层2为无纺布,隔热层2上下表面覆有隔热膜。保温层3由外到内依次为保温棉、碳纤维毡和保温棉。保温层3厚度为5mm。外防水层1、隔热层2、保温层3和内防水层4之间采用胶合的方式或高温热压的方式连接。

一种温室大棚保温被,由外到内依次为外防水层1、隔热层2、保温层3和内防水层4,外防水层1和内防水层4为防水布,隔热层2为无纺布,隔热层2上下表面覆有隔热膜。保温层3由外到内依次为保温棉、碳纤维毡和保温棉。保温层3厚度为6mm。外防水层、隔热层2、保温层3和内防水层4之间采用缝制的方式连接,缝制的走线行处涂有防水凝胶。
