技术领域
本实用新型属于一种建筑材料,尤其涉及一种抗划刺STP保温板。
背景技术
STP材料的研究是从1972年开始的,主要集中在日本、欧州国家。目前,欧州国家已经开始应用在建筑上,从德国慕尼黑样板工程的跟踪检测结果显示,用STP做完保温的工程,其每年的能耗仅为慕尼黑城市平均能耗的1/10,根据德国的检测结果,该产品具有60年的使用寿命。目前,我国建筑墙面上用的保温板在安装时,与墙面接触容易出现划破或刺穿的问题,耐久度较低,保温效果不明显。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于改变现有技术的不足,而提供一种成本低、耐久度高、保温效果好的抗划刺STP保温板。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:
一种抗划刺STP保温板,包括保温板本体,其特征在于:保温板本体由抗划刺玻纤铝箔复合真空袋及包裹在抗划刺玻纤铝箔复合真空袋内部的STP保温板芯材构成。
所述的抗划刺玻纤铝箔复合真空袋的袋体由玻璃纤维布、金属纤维网布、铝箔、PET镀铝膜、PE膜按由外向内的顺序复合形成。
所述的STP保温板芯材由无机超细纤维棉毯及包裹在无机超细纤维棉毯中的珍珠岩粉复合构成。
所述的珍珠岩粉里混合有硅粉。
本实用新型的优点在于成本更低、耐久度更高、保温效果更好,有效地解决了建筑内保温板容易被物体划破或刺穿以及保温效果不明显的问题。

具体实施方式
实例1,如图1所示的一种抗划刺STP保温板,包括保温板本体1,保温板本体1由抗划刺玻纤铝箔复合真空袋2及包裹在抗划刺玻纤铝箔复合真空袋2内部的STP保温板芯材3构成,所述的抗划刺玻纤铝箔复合真空袋2的袋体由玻璃纤维布7、金属纤维网布8、铝箔9、PET镀铝膜10、PE膜11按由外向内的顺序复合形成,所述的STP保温板芯材3由无机超细纤维棉毯4及包裹在无机超细纤维棉毯4中的珍珠岩粉5复合构成,所述的珍珠岩粉5里混合有硅粉6。
安装时,清理墙面的杂物,将影响墙面厚度较大的凹凸部位剔除平整,施工前要洒水湿润基层墙面,然后按照正常施工程序将所述的保温板本体1粘贴在基层墙体上即可,有效地解决了建筑内保温板容易被物体划破或刺穿以及保温效果不明显的问题。

1.一种抗划刺STP保温板,包括保温板本体(1),其特征在于:保温板本体(1)由抗划刺玻纤铝箔复合真空袋(2)及包裹在抗划刺玻纤铝箔复合真空袋(2)内部的STP保温板芯材(3)构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗划刺STP保温板,其特征在于:所述的抗划刺玻纤铝箔复合真空袋(2)的袋体由玻璃纤维布(7)、金属纤维网布(8)、铝箔(9)、PET镀铝膜(10)、PE膜(11)按由外向内的顺序复合形成。
3、根据权利要求1所述的抗划刺STP保温板,其特征在于:所述的STP保温板芯材(3)由无机超细纤维棉毯(4)及包裹在无机超细纤维棉毯(4)中的珍珠岩粉(5)复合构成。
