本实用新型涉及一种拉膜机电磁感应加热滚筒。
背景技术
现有拉膜机的加热滚筒常常采用电热丝加热、水暖或者油暖等,电热丝加热时将电热丝缠绕在滚筒内,通电后发热,将电能转化为热能,由于电热丝本身就是金属导体,通电后即会散发出热量,并将散发出的热量通过滚筒再传递到需要加热的玻璃、塑料等材料上,在传递过程中,具有较大的能量损耗,水暖或者油暖也无法很好地解决该问题。

鉴于现有技术的不足,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构设计合理、节能高效的拉膜机电磁感应加热滚筒。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是:一种拉膜机电磁感应加热滚筒,包括筒状金属壳体,所述筒状金属壳体的内腔设置有支撑体,所述支撑体的外侧壁上环向布置有若干发热元件,所述发热元件主要由用以在筒状金属壳体上产生涡流的线圈盘组成,所述线圈盘与控制模块电性连接。
优选的,所述筒状金属壳体与用以带动其转动的传动轴联接,所述传动轴经链轮链条组件与设置在筒状金属壳体底部的电机联接。
优选的,所述筒状金属壳体上设置有散热口。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下有益效果:本实用新型结构设计合理,线圈盘通电产生磁场,该磁场内磁力线被筒状金属壳体切割,从而产生无数小涡流,直接加热覆盖在筒状金属壳体外的玻璃膜上玻璃、塑料等材料,高效节能、绿色环保。

如图1~2所示,一种拉膜机电磁感应加热滚筒,包括筒状金属壳体1,所述筒状金属壳体1的内腔设置有支撑体2,所述支撑体2的外侧壁上环向布置有若干发热元件,所述发热元件主要由用以在筒状金属壳体1上产生涡流的线圈盘3组成,所述线圈盘3与控制模块电性连接。
在本实用新型实施例中,所述筒状金属壳体1与用以带动其转动的传动轴4联接,所述传动轴4经链轮链条组件5与设置在筒状金属壳体1底部的电机6联接。
在本实用新型实施例中,所述筒状金属壳体1上设置有散热口。

2.根据权利要求1所述的拉膜机电磁感应加热滚筒,其特征在于:所述筒状金属壳体与用以带动其转动的传动轴联接,所述传动轴经链轮链条组件与设置在筒状金属壳体底部的电机联接。
