本实用新型涉及一种硬质风阀密封条,由薄型钢板加工成的S型骨架和弹性钢片组合而成,所述弹性钢片一段紧夹在骨架的一侧槽内,另一段与S型骨架之间具有一个弹性夹角;所述S型骨架的另一侧设有与阀门叶片同等厚度的凹槽。所述S型骨架通过其上的凹槽插入阀门叶片一端,与阀门叶片固定连接。本实用新型由全金属材料,薄型钢板与弹性钢片组合而成,既能满足耐高温要求又能达到使阀门密封的作用,且安装简便。由于阀门叶片与阀门阀体间增加了一层弹性钢片,使阀门叶片与阀门阀体的接触为软接触。由于在弹性钢片的作用下,阀门叶片与阀门阀体的缝隙缩小到了最小状态,有效提高了阀门的密封性能。

本实用新型涉及一种通风空调管道上的阀门密封,特别是一种适用于通风管道上的防火阀门的密封用密封条。
背景技术
如图1,2所示,现有通风空调管道上的阀门密封采用阀门叶片与阀门阀体间硬性接触密封。如图3所示,阀门叶片未末使用密封材料,因此,密封性能难以保证。
发明内容
本实用新型是要提供一种硬质风阀密封条,该密封条采用全金属材料,薄型钢板与弹性钢片组合而成,既能满足耐高温要求又能达到使阀门密封的作用。且安装简便。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:一种硬质风阀密封条,由薄型钢板加工成的S型骨架和弹性钢片组合而成,其特征在于:所述弹性钢片一段紧夹在骨架的一侧槽内,另一段与S型骨架之间具有一个弹性夹角;所述S型骨架的另一侧设有与阀门叶片同等厚度的凹槽。
所述S型骨架通过其上的凹槽插入阀门叶片一端,与阀门叶片固定连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型由全金属材料,薄型钢板与弹性钢片组合而成,既能满足耐高温要求又能达到使阀门密封的作用,且安装简便。由于阀门叶片与阀门阀体间增加了一层弹性钢片,使阀门叶片与阀门阀体的接触为软接触。由于在弹性钢片的作用下,阀门叶片与阀门阀体的缝隙缩小到了最小状态,有效提高了阀门的密封性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图4至图6所示,一种硬质风阀密封条,由薄型钢板加工成的S型骨架2和弹性钢片1组合而成。
弹性钢片1一段紧夹在骨架2的一侧槽内,另一段与S型骨架2之间具有一个弹性夹角;所述S型骨架2的另一侧设有与阀门叶片同等厚度的凹槽。S型骨架2通过其上的凹槽插入阀门叶片一端,与阀门叶片固定连接。
如图7,8所示,当阀门加工完毕后这要将硬质风阀密封条的一侧凹槽,对准阀门叶片的边缘合上即可,有效的提高了阀门的密封。
如图9,10,11所示,由于阀门叶片3与阀门阀体4之间增加了一层弹性钢片,使阀门叶片3与阀门阀体4的接触为软接触。由于在弹性钢片的作用下,阀门叶片3与阀门阀体4的缝隙缩小到了最小状态,有效提高了阀门的密封性能。

1.一种硬质风阀密封条,由薄型钢板加工成的S型骨架(2)和弹性钢片(1)组合而成,其特征在于:所述弹性钢片(1)一段紧夹在骨架(2)的一侧槽内,另一段与S型骨架(2)之间具有一个弹性夹角;所述S型骨架(2)的另一侧设有与阀门叶片同等厚度的凹槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的硬质风阀密封条,其特征在于:所述S型骨架(2)通过其上的凹槽插入阀门叶片一端,与阀门叶片固定连接。
