背景技术
麻板生产过程中，要先将麻绒送入针刺机中加工成麻毡。目前，我公司所使用的针刺机是从德国进口，这种机器在使用的过程中，剥网板上密布的针孔，易磨损变大，极易折断损坏，影响生产；针孔易形成毛刺，从而使布面不光滑，影响麻毡质量。以上问题一直没有好的解决方案。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是，针对针刺机剥网板上密布的针孔，易磨损变大，极易折断损坏，影响生产；针孔易形成毛刺，从而使布面不光滑，影响麻毡质量的问题，提出一种新型针刺机针剌装置。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是，包括针板、剥网板、托网板；其特征是针板、剥网板、托网板宽30cm、长250cm；针板位于最上方，其上密布钢针，通过上下动力进行针剌；剥网板位于中间，选用钛铝合金材料制成；托网板位于最下方；剥网板、托网板上冲有与针板上的钢针相对应的针孔。
