背景技术
目前,市面上使用的隔热瓦多数由水泥或者石棉制成,也有些是金属彩钢瓦,以上水泥和石棉制成的隔热瓦在使用寿命和隔热效果都比较差,在防水性能方面存在缺陷,耐腐蚀性也不够好。至于金属彩钢瓦,是目前应用最多的材料,其产品本身没有隔热效果,夏天气温造成酷暑难耐,直接影响人们的工作条件,且彩钢瓦容易被腐蚀,使用寿命短。经常更换材料和人工成本高。

所述底层包括由外而内依次排列的聚氨酯层和化学处理涂层,化学处理涂层涂覆在镀锌板上。

所述底层3包括由外而内依次排列的聚氨酯层3-1和化学处理涂层3-2,化学处理涂层3-2涂覆在镀锌板1上。
本实用新型是利用铝箔层2-2将照射的阳光反射的原理,起到隔热、防腐和防噪音的效果,具有良好的防火功能,隔热效果好,耐腐蚀,使用寿命周期长。
