Abstract
本发明公开一种多层压复合防腐工艺,镀锌板上下两侧覆盖有高分子膜,高分子膜上下两侧涂有耐老化胶黏剂,耐老化胶黏剂与耐酸碱合金铝箔连接,耐酸碱合金铝箔上下两侧涂有耐老化抗紫外线胶黏剂,耐老化抗紫外线胶黏剂与高耐候改性聚酯薄膜连接。
Description
工艺领域
本发明涉及一种多层压复合防腐工艺,属于瓦片防腐蚀技术领域。
背景工艺
随着陶瓷厂、养殖场、电镀厂、化工厂等车间都有腐蚀性液体、气体产生,并常伴有高温高湿等环境,对于厂房屋面以及墙体的建筑材料耐酸碱要求特别高,目前市场上比较常用的有彩钢瓦、夹芯板、PVC塑钢瓦;但是彩钢瓦耐酸碱腐蚀的效果很差,通常彩钢瓦在这样的使用环境中3年不到就要开始生锈漏水,就需要重新维护、更换,浪费大量财力和人力,夹芯板也都是彩钢瓦制作而成,由两层彩钢瓦夹一层芯材(通常是泡沫或者岩棉)制作而成,但是同样的彩钢瓦不耐酸碱腐蚀,3年不到就会生锈穿孔漏水,而且彩钢瓦泡沫夹芯板用料多、成本高、重量大,并且泡沫夹心彩钢瓦不防火,消防部门已经命令禁止继续使用泡沫夹心彩钢瓦,PVC瓦的问题则是光稳定性和热稳定性不够好,容易褪色、发脆、老化,同时PVC瓦的强度也不够,容易损坏。
本发明采用的是多层复合材料层压技术,通过在冷轧板/镀锌板正反两面同时层压多层复合材料,利用防腐蚀高耐候改性聚酯薄膜、耐酸碱合金铝箔等材料的防腐蚀性能,同时又利用钢板的强度、优良的屈服强度和可压型、可延展的特性,达到材料施工操作的便利性,使得材料在达到良好防腐蚀性能的同时取得工程施工的便利性,通过测试,本材料可以浸泡在90%浓度的浓硫酸中12小时没有明显变化,而普通彩钢瓦/夹芯板浸泡浓硫酸3分钟就开始反应,产生起泡、变色、脱皮等现象,PVC塑钢瓦在浸泡2小时后也开始发生起泡等反应,同时,本复合材料经过3000小时的GB/T16422.2-1999标准的人工氙灯老化测试,表面仅有轻微发黄颜色变化,而同样的PVC瓦则完全发白、脆化。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服容易褪色、发脆、老化、容易损坏的问题,本发明提供一种多层压复合防腐工艺。
工艺方案:本发明公开一种多层压复合防腐工艺,包括高耐候改性聚酯薄膜、耐老化抗紫外线胶黏剂、耐酸碱合金铝箔、耐老化胶黏剂、高分子膜、镀锌板,高耐候改性聚酯薄膜和耐酸碱的合金铝箔连接,通过烤箱,利用耐老化抗紫外线胶黏剂将两层材料复合,高耐候改性聚酯薄膜和耐酸碱的合金铝箔复合完成后放在室温为55度的熟化室进行熟化72小时,让胶黏剂充分反应、固化,高耐候改性聚酯薄膜和耐酸碱的合金铝箔复固化后利用耐老化胶黏剂将高分子膜复合,并熟化,熟化后的复合膜同时层压到镀锌板正反两面,镀锌板首先脱脂清洗,并经钝化处理,然后将镀锌板加热至220度温度再与上下两层复合膜同时复合,本发明利用防腐蚀高耐候改性聚酯薄膜、耐酸碱合金铝箔等材料的防腐蚀性能,同时又利用钢板的强度、优良的屈服强度和可压型、可延展的特性,达到材料施工操作的便利性,且不容易褪色、发脆、老化和损坏。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图并通过具体实施例对本发明做进一步阐述,应当指出:对于本工艺领域的普通工艺人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,对本发明的各种等价形式的修改均落于本申请所附权利要求所限定的范围。
实施例1:
如图1-2所示一种多层压复合防腐工艺,包括高耐候改性聚酯薄膜、耐老化抗紫外线胶黏剂、耐酸碱合金铝箔、耐老化胶黏剂、高分子膜、镀锌板,所述高耐候改性聚酯薄膜和耐酸碱的合金铝箔连接,通过烤箱,利用耐老化抗紫外线胶黏剂将两层材料复合,所述烘箱设置为电加热,一共7节,每节烘箱3米,7节烘箱温度设置分别为70度、80度、90度、100度、100度、90度、70度,以此来确保胶黏剂充分的化学反应以及两层材料的复合牢度和强度,以确保室外使用的寿命年限达到10年,所述高耐候改性聚酯薄膜和耐酸碱的合金铝箔复合完成后放在室温为55度的熟化室进行熟化72小时,让胶黏剂充分反应、固化,所述高耐候改性聚酯薄膜和耐酸碱的合金铝箔复固化后利用耐老化胶黏剂将高分子膜复合,并熟化,所述熟化后的复合膜同时层压到镀锌板正反两面,所述镀锌板首先脱脂清洗,并经钝化处理,然后将镀锌板加热至220度温度再与上下两层复合膜同时复合,包装复合材料正反两面都有优异的耐酸碱防腐蚀性能,同时保证复合牢度和强度,确保室外使用寿命年限达到10年。
优选于所述镀锌板上下两侧覆盖有高分子膜,所述镀锌板的厚度为0.35-0.55mm,所述高分子膜的厚度40-60微米,所述高分子膜上下两侧涂有耐老化胶黏剂,所述镀锌板可更换为冷轧板,所述耐老化胶黏剂与耐酸碱合金铝箔连接,所述耐酸碱合金铝箔上下两侧涂有耐老化抗紫外线胶黏剂,所述耐老化抗紫外线胶黏剂与高耐候改性聚酯薄膜连接,所述高耐候改性聚酯薄膜的厚度为20-50微米,本发明利用防腐蚀高耐候改性聚酯薄膜、耐酸碱合金铝箔等材料的防腐蚀性能,同时又利用钢板的强度、优良的屈服强度和可压型、可延展的特性,达到材料施工操作的便利性,且不容易褪色、发脆、老化和损坏。
Claims (6)
1.一种多层压复合防腐工艺,其特征在于,包括高耐候改性聚酯薄膜、耐老化抗紫外线胶黏剂、耐酸碱合金铝箔、耐老化胶黏剂、高分子膜、镀锌板,所述镀锌板上下两侧覆盖有高分子膜,所述高分子膜上下两侧涂有耐老化胶黏剂,所述耐老化胶黏剂与耐酸碱合金铝箔连接,所述耐酸碱合金铝箔上下两侧涂有耐老化抗紫外线胶黏剂,所述耐老化抗紫外线胶黏剂与高耐候改性聚酯薄膜连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种多层压复合防腐工艺,其特征在于,所述高耐候改性聚酯薄膜和耐酸碱合金铝箔连接,通过烤箱,利用耐老化抗紫外线胶黏剂将两层材料复合,所述高耐候改性聚酯薄膜和耐酸碱的合金铝箔复合完成后放在室温为55度的熟化室进行熟化72小时,让耐老化抗紫外线胶黏剂固化,所述高耐候改性聚酯薄膜和耐酸碱的合金铝箔复固化后利用耐老化胶黏剂将高分子膜复合,并熟化,所述熟化后的复合膜同时层压到镀锌板正反两面,所述镀锌板首先脱脂清洗,并经钝化处理,然后将镀锌板加热至220度温度再与上下两层复合膜同时复合。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种多层压复合防腐工艺,其特征在于,所述高耐候改性聚酯薄膜的厚度为20-50微米。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种多层压复合防腐工艺,其特征在于,所述镀锌板的厚度为0.35-0.55mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种多层压复合防腐工艺,其特征在于,所述高分子膜的厚度40-60微米。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种多层压复合防腐工艺,其特征在于,所述镀锌板可更换为冷轧板。
