本实用新型的目的就在于提供一种质轻，隔热保温、隔音、防水效果好的搪瓷钢板，能有效解决上述问题。

所述盖板3为彩钢板，中间芯板2为保温棉，保温棉保温效果好，中间芯板2上开有通孔5，减轻中间芯板2的质量，中间芯板2与盖板3之间设有一防水膜4，防水效果好，避免中间芯板2被雨水腐蚀，延长其使用寿命，中间芯板2与钢板本体1之间通过环氧树脂胶水粘接。
