Abstract

方型向风过滤吸尘窗属采风暖通技术领域。
方型回风过滤吸尘窗主要使用于纺织行业的空调系统。其主要结构和运动机理如附图：吸尘器(含由风机与过滤网或集尘器等组成的吸尖系统)1、通过管道2对装在吸尘杆3上的多个吸嘴4起作用，使吸嘴4直接吸除方窗5上的积尘。在机械结构和电器线路的共同作用下，吸杆3能作上一下的往复运动，吸嘴4能作左—右的往复运动。从而能使吸嘴4周期地吸除方窗5整个面积上的积尘。

本说明主要阐述方形回风过滤吸尘窗的有关技术情况。
方形回风过滤吸尘窗属采风暖通技术领域，主要用于纺织行业生产厂家的空调系统。
在目前的纺织厂家，为解决通风除尘等问题，其空调系统的回风过滤，一般都采用如图一的方形回风过滤窗。减速器1带动链轮2使链条3作有如坦克链带式的周期移动，从而带动由海绵组成的刮板4刮去积在方形过滤窗5上的积尘，使其掉入集尘箱6中。这种方式的缺点是：方窗5上的积尘难以去净。尤其是在织布车间里，由于积尘中有粘胶，积尘更不易清除干净，从而不能保证生产厂家的良好通风以及产品的高质量。在《纺织厂空调工程》（上海纺织工业专科学校编。纺织工业出版社一九八七年六月版）一书中152页所讲的“为了减少回风中的短纤维进入喷水室，在回风窗上应装有滤网及自动清扫装置”就是指的图一这种结构的回风窗。
本实用新型专利的方形回风过滤吸尘窗就是针对旧式方形回风过滤窗在使用中的存在问题，为达到去尘可靠、提高效率、延长使用寿命、提高节能效果，使集尘方式新颖而发明的。
方形回风过滤吸尘窗如图二。它的主要特点是采用吸尘器（含由风机与过滤网或集成器等组成的吸尘系统，下同。）来取代图一中的刮板4与集尘箱6。见图二：吸尘器1通过管道2对装在吸杆3上的多个吸咀4直接吸除方窗5上的积尘，在机械结构和电器线路的共同作用下，吸杆3能作上——下的往复运动，吸咀4能作左——右的往复运动。

  1. 应用于纺织行业生产厂家空调系统中的方形回风过滤吸尘窗，有一个吸尘器(1)[含由风机与过滤网或集尘器等组成的吸尘系统，下同]，其特征在于吸尘器(1)经过管道(2)与吸咀(4)相通。
